Das Leistungsangebot der Nationalpark Card ist bunt gemischt und deckt den gesamten Nationalpark Hohe Tauern mit seinen 19 Orten ab – von Königsleiten ganz im Westen bis Muhr im Lungau.

WIE KOMMT DER GAST ZUR NATIONALPARK CARD? HOW TO GET THE NATIONALPARK CARD? Alle Gäste, die während ihres Urlaubs in einem der teilnehmenden Partnerbetriebe nächtigen, erhalten die persönliche Urlaubskarte für die gesamte Dauer des Aufenthalts (inkl. An- und Abreisetag) geschenkt. Einfach den Meldeschein ausfüllen und schon erhält man die Nationalpark Card direkt im Beherbergungsbetrieb. All guests who stay in one of the participating partner businesses during their holiday will be given a personal holiday card for the duration of their stay (includes arrival day and departure day). Just fill in the registration form and you will receive your Nationalpark Card directly from your accommodation provider.

6 categories, each with up to 10 attractions are free to choose from. The use of an attraction in each category is for free. In addition, there is a 50% discount on most additional attractions or in revisitation. From more than 60 attractions no menu sequence is set, the compilation is done individually. For guests staying in the National Park Hohe Tauern Holiday Region, the amount of ingredients provide additional value of vacation experiences. The attractions offered in the Nationalpark Card cover the entire Hohe Tauern Nationalpark, with its 19 villages - from Königsleiten in the far west to Muhr im Lungau.

The most famous alpine road leads you into the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park, to the highest mountain in Austria, the Grossglockner (3,798m) and its glacier, the Pasterze. You will have a driving and nature experience of a special kind on 48 kilometres of high alpine road with 36 bends, and an altitude ascent to 2,571 metres! The panoramic cable car takes you to the Resterhöhe / Kitzbühel Alps area in just a few minutes - come and enjoy breathtaking views of the mighty Hohe Tauern mountain range. Hikers and bikers can explore endless paths and trails from there. Panorama Platform in Hollersbach / Mittersill: Up to 2,000 meter above sea level the National Park Hohe Tauern built a glazed Panorama Platform in the area of the cable car mountain station Hollersbach. From there you can enjoy an impressive view over some of the most important mountain peaks.

HOCHALMBAHN RAURIS UND GREIFVOGELSCHAU HOCHALM* HOCHALM LIFTS RAURIS AND BIRD OF PREY DEMONSTRATION Die Rauriser Hochalmbahn, eine 6er-Kabinenbahn, bringt Sie in wenigen Minuten auf unseren „Familienberg“ Hochalm auf 1.780 m. Die Greifvogelwarte befindet sich direkt an der Hochalmhütte. Die sonst so scheuen Eulen und Greifvögel können hier hautnah erlebt werden. Verhalten und Lebensgewohnheiten dieser teilweise bedrohten Tiere werden in ca. 40 Min. erläutert. Vorführungen: 11:00 und 14:30 Uhr. This 6-passenger cabin lift carries you in just a few minutes to the top of our family mountain, the Hochalm, at 1,780 m. The bird-of-prey station is located right next to the Hochalmhütte. Der Name Noriker leitet sich von der römischen Provinz Norikum ab. Die Entwicklung zum heutigen Typus wird nach vielen Änderungen in fünf Blutlinien gezüchtet. Diese Pferderasse eignet sich besonders als Fuhr-, Reit- und Saumpferd. In der Ausstellung wird dieses Pferd in all seinen Tätigkeiten, Bewegungen und Verhaltensformen mittels neuester Technologie dargestellt.

Die schönsten Oldtimer der 50er – 70er Jahre und älter, Autos, Motorräder, Traktoren, größtes Cabrio der Welt, Dampflokomotive (1894) bieten ein Stück Fahrzeug-Geschichte. RAURISER TALMUSEUM* RAURIS VALLEY MUSEUM Nach einer Renovierung wurde in neuem Glanz das Rauriser Talmuseum im Sommer 2010 eröffnet. In einem alten Gewerkengebäude sind wertvolle Exponate vom ehemaligen Goldbergbau, des Brauchtums und der bäuerlichen Arbeitswelt des Rauriser Tales sowie zahlreiche Mineralien zur Schau gestellt. After undergoing renovations, the Rauris Valley Museum reopened in summer 2010 in all its new splendor. Located in an old mining building it features rare exhibits from the gold mining era, alpine and local traditions, farming in the Rauris Valley, along with a large mineral collection.

NATIONALPARK-AUSSTELLUNG AUF DER ALM ZWISCHEN HIMMEL UND ERDE ON ALPINE PASTURES BETWEEN HEAVEN AND EARTH „Warum gibt es eigentlich Almen und was tun die Menschen dort oben?“, diese und ähnliche Fragen werden in der Ausstellung beantwortet. Mit moderner Umweltdidaktik wird das Interesse von Menschen aller Altersgruppen geweckt und man kann spielerisch spannende Fakten über Almen herausfinden. So wird die Ausstellung also dem Alltag auf einer Alm, der Landschaftspflege, den heimischen Nutztierrassen sowie dem Zusammenspiel mit dem Nationalpark gewidmet. Neu ab Sommer 2015. „Why do alps exist and what do people do there?“ - these and many other questions will be answered in this exhibition. Modern didactics catches the interest of all people, no matter how old they are, and allows visitors to find out facts about alpine pastures through fun and games. Everyday life on Alps, landscape maintenance, farm animals and the cooperation with the Hohe Tauern National Park – these are the main issues the exhibition covers.

Mit der Nationalpark Card hat man die Möglichkeit, das Angebot 1 x gratis zu genießen. Es steht ein Trainer bereit, welcher mit den Anfängern eine kurze Einschulung in der Indoorhalle, die bei schlechtem Wetter zu Verfügung steht, absolviert. Danach kann man den 3-D-Parcours selbständig genießen. Auch Verleihsets stehen zur Verfügung und sind natürlich je nach Gruppengröße inbegriffen. Verlorene oder zerstörte Pfeile werden separat mit € 2,– je Stück verrechnet. Gutes Schuhwerk ist erforderlich, Treffpunkt beim Gemeindeamt Stuhlfelden.

Das Motto „Alles in Gold!“ lässt sich auf unserem Bogenschießplatz spielend verwirklichen. Hier stehen Ihnen Scheiben für alle Distanzen sowie die entsprechende Ausrüstung für Groß und Klein zur Verfügung. Ein Trainer weist Sie ein. Für Kinder ab 10 Jahren. Anmeldung erforderlich!

Beginners can head to the FITA facility to take part in a sampler lesson, or enjoy an intensive class on the 3-D parcours. While mom and dad are busy emptying their quivers, we will be glad to take good care of your youngsters. With the Nationalpark Card you have the possibility, to use this offer once. Rental equipment is available. Lost and demolished arrows will be charged with € 2,– per piece. Good shoes are required, Meetingpoint at the minicipal office Stuhlfelden. Ein Golfspiel für die ganze Familie. Die Berg- und Pflanzenwelt in ihrer vollsten Schönheit laden ein, die Natur mit anderen Augen kennenzulernen, dadurch wird Wandern ein Genuss. Insgesamt wurden 11 Stationen, über 6 km Wanderweg an den schönsten Plätzen errichtet. Aus alten bäuerlichen Landwirtschaftsgeräten wurden neue und eindrucksvolle „BerggolfBahnen“ (ähnlich Minigolf Bahnen) errichtet. Der Schläger kann auch wunderbar als Wanderstock verwendet werden.

Der 6,4 x 9,7 m große Squashraum befindet sich im Hotel Sonnhof, 100 m oberhalb der Hauptstraße. Nehmen Sie bitte Ihre Sportschuhe mit. 2 Schläger und 1 Ball werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Bitte um telefonische Terminvereinbarung! Nach dem Spiel können Sie Spezialitäten auf unserer Panorama-Terrasse genießen.

MOUNTAINGOLF EMBACH

A game of golf for all the family. The mountains and the plants, in all their glory, invite you to take a look at another aspect of the natural surroundings, which means that hiking becomes a real pleasure. A total of 11 stations have been set up at lovely sites on a hiking trail spanning over 6 kilometres. New and impressive ‘Mountain golf courses‘ (much like minigolf courses) have been set up using old agricultural implements. Your club can be used as a wonderful hiking pole.

The 6.4 x 9.7 m squashroom is located in the Hotel Sonnhof, 100 meters beyond the main street. Please bring your sports shoes with you. 2 rackets and 1 ball will be provided. Please call for an appointment! After the game you can enjoy specialities on our panoramic terrace.

Allgemeines Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB) gelten für jeden Inhaber der Nationalpark Card und beruhen auf der Vereinbarung zwischen der Ferienregion Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH (FNPHT) und den teilnehmenden Betrieben im Rahmen der Kooperation zur elektronischen Gästekarte Nationalpark Card. 2. Definition Die Nationalpark Card gilt für alle Personen, die während der Nationalpark Card Saison (1. Mai - 31. Oktober) bei einem der teilnehmenden Beherbergungsbetriebe übernachten und die Voraussetzungen für die Nationalpark Card erfüllen (können bei der FNPHT angefragt werden). Die definierten Leistungen sind als solche gekennzeichnet und im Folder Nationalpark Card angeführt. Eine Nutzung/Attraktion in jeder Angebotsgruppe (Bergerlebnis, Baden, Museen, Sport, Natur) ist kostenlos. 3. Leistungsumfang / Haftungsausschluss Die Inanspruchnahme der Leistungen führt ausschließlich zu einem Vertragsverhältnis zwischen den Inhabern der Nationalpark Card und dem Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner, welcher die Leistungen anbietet. Die Inhaber der Nationalpark Card nehmen zustimmend zur Kenntnis, dass sich die Betriebszeiten einiger Partner, vor allem aus witterungs- und saisonbedingten Umständen, nicht mit dem gesamten Zeitraum der Nationalpark Card Saison decken. Bei manchen Betrieben kann es aus Kapazitätsgründen auch zu längeren Wartezeiten kommen, manche Leistungen können nur nach Voranmeldung in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Inhaber einer Nationalpark Card erklären sich mit den angegebenen Öffnungs- bzw. Geschäftszeiten, allfälligen Zugangsbeschränkungen und auch den Auslastungshinweisen der Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner einverstanden und verzichten auf jeglichen Schadenersatz, wenn die angebotenen Leistungen nicht oder nur teilweise erbracht werden. Die Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner haften zudem nur für grobe Fahrlässigkeit und Vorsatz, nicht jedoch für leichte Fahrlässigkeit. Darüber hinaus besteht keine Haftung für allenfalls mitgeführte Garderobe oder sonstige mitgeführte Wertgegenstände. Die Inhaber der Nationalpark Card nehmen des weiteren zur Kenntnis, dass die FNPHT berechtigt ist, die Vereinbarung mit den einzelnen Nationalpark Card Leistungspartnern aus wichtigen Gründen auch während der Saison bzw. Vertragsdauer und damit unter Umständen während der Gültigkeit der einzelnen Gästekarten zu beenden. Es können daraus keine wie immer gearteten Ansprüche gegenüber der FNPHT oder dem Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetrieb geltend gemacht werden. 4. Ausgabe der Gästekarte Die Beherbergungsbetriebe sind verpflichtet, den Gast elektronisch zu melden und ihm für die Dauer des Aufenthaltes die Gästekarte auszuhändigen. 5. Nicht-Übertragbarkeit / Beschädigung / Verlust Die Nationalpark Card ist nicht übertragbar und gilt nur in Verbindung mit einem gültigen Lichtbildausweis. Sie darf also nur von jener Person benützt werden, deren Name auf der Karte steht bzw. im Strichcode gespeichert ist. Bei Nichtinanspruchnahme kann kein Ersatz geleistet werden. Verlust, Beschädigung oder technische Mängel sind dem Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetrieb unverzüglich anzuzeigen. Dem Gast wird umgehend eine neue Nationalpark Card ausgestellt. Mit der Ausstellung der neuen Gästekarte verliert die verlorene bzw. beschädigte Karte sofort ihre Gültigkeit. 6. Gültigkeit Die elektronische Gästekarte gilt ab dem Datum der Anreise bis zum Datum der Abreise und verliert dann ihre Gültigkeit. Die Gültigkeit wird von den Partnerbetrieben geprüft (siehe dazu auch Punkt 2 dieser Vereinbarung). 7. Verwendung Zur Erlangung der Kartenvorteile weist der Karteninhaber seine Nationalpark Card vor, die vom Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner durch ein Akzeptanzgerät, oder durch bloße Sichtprüfung mit Notiz der Kartennummer und dem Namen des Inhabers auf ihre Gültigkeit und Identität geprüft wird. 8. Missbrauch Bei missbräuchlicher Verwendung der Nationalpark Card sind die Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner berechtigt und verpflichtet die Gästekarte ersatzlos einzuziehen. Der Karteninhaber haftet für die missbräuchliche Verwendung der Karte durch Dritte. Bei Diebstahl oder Verlust ist er verpflichtet, diesen Vorfall prompt dem Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetrieb oder der FNPHT unter T +43 (0)6562 40939 oder an ferienregion@nationalpark.at zu melden.

9. Haftungsausschluss der FNPHT Die Inhaber der Nationalpark Card nehmen zur Kenntnis, dass die FNPHT lediglich für die Abwicklung zwischen den Inhabern der Nationalpark Card und den Nationalpark Card Leistungspartnern bzw. den Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetrieben zuständig ist. Die Inhaber der Nationalpark Card verzichten gegenüber der FNPHT auf jeglichen denkbaren Gewährleistungs- bzw. Schadensersatzanspruch und zwar unabhängig davon, ob nun dem Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner bzw. dem Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetrieb bei einem Schaden ein Verschulden anzulasten ist oder nicht. Festgehalten wird, dass – sofern es zu einem Haftungsfall kommt – die FNPHT nicht für einen derartigen Schadensfall haftet, zumal weder die Nationalpark Card Leistungspartner noch die Nationalpark Card Beherbergungsbetriebe Gehilfen, Mitarbeiter oder Angestellte der FNPHT sind. Ebenso steht den Inhabern der Nationalpark Card gegenüber der FNPHT kein Schadenersatz für den Fall zu, dass allfällige in der Broschüre angeführte Leistungen von den Nationalpark Card Leistungspartnern nicht erfüllt werden.

10. Gerichtsstand Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten aus der Verwendung der Nationalpark Card bzw. allfälliger Schadenersatz- oder Gewährleistungsansprüche wird die ausschließliche Zuständigkeit des Bezirksgerichtes Zell am See sowie die ausschließliche Anwendung österreichischen Rechts vereinbart.

General These general terms and conditions (T&Cs) are valid for every holder of a Nationalpark Card and are based on an agreement between the Ferienregion Nationalpark Hohe Tauern GmbH (FNPHT) and participating companies within the framework of the co-operation on the Nationalpark Card electronic visitors’ card. 2. Definition The Nationalpark Card is valid for all persons who stay the night at one of the participating accommodation providers during the Nationalpark Card season (1 May to 31 Oct.) and fulfil the conditions for the Nationalpark Card (which can be gained on request to FNPHT). The defined benefits and services are indicated as such and cited in the Nationalpark Card folder. One use/entrance in each offering group (mountain experience, swimming, museums, sport, nature) is free. 3. Scope of benefits and services / Disclaimer of liability Use of the benefits and/or services leads solely to a contractual relationship between the holder of the Nationalpark Card and the Nationalpark Card service partner, which provides the benefits and/or services. The holders of the Nationalpark Card affirm they have taken note that the business times of some partners will not cover the entire duration of the Nationalpark Card season, especially in cases of bad weather or adverse seasonal conditions. At some companies, long waiting times can develop due to capacity reasons and some benefits and/or services can only by utilised after prior notice. The holders of a Nationalpark Card declare to be in agreement with the stated opening and business times, possible restrictions on entry and occupancy indications of the Nationalpark Card service partners. The holders waive the right to any damages if the benefits or services offered are not rendered or only partially rendered. The Nationalpark Card service partners are liable only for gross negligence and intent, but not for minor negligence. In addition, there is no liability for any clothing or other valuables taken to a location where the card is used. The holders of the Nationalpark Card additionally take note that the FNPHT is entitled to end the agreements in place with individual Nationalpark Card service partners for important reasons (also during the season) and change the duration of contracts and thereby in some circum-

5. Non-transferability / Damage / Loss The Nationalpark Card is non-transferable and is valid only upon presentation of valid photo identification. The card can only be used by the person whose name is on the card and saved on the barcode. In the event of non-use, no replacement can be provided. The Nationalpark Card accommodation provider should be promptly informed or shown any cases of loss, damage or technical deficiencies. The guest will be promptly issued with a new Nationalpark Card. Upon showing the new visitors’ card, the lost or damaged card immediately loses its validity. 6. Validity The electronic visitors’ card is valid from the date of arrival until the date of departure and then loses its validity. The validity will be checked by the partner companies (see point two of this agreement also).

8. Misuse In the case of improper use of the Nationalpark Card, the Nationalpark Card service partners are entitled and obliged to seize the visitors’ card without replacement. The cardholder is liable for the improper use of the card by third parties. In the case of theft or loss, the cardholder is obliged to report the incident promptly to the Nationalpark Card accommodation provider or FNPHT via T +43 (0)6562 40939 or ferienregion@nationalpark.at 9. Disclaimer of liability of FNPHT The holder of the Nationalpark Card notes that FNPHT is solely responsible for the handling between the holder of the Nationalpark Card and the Nationalpark Card service partner as well as the Nationalpark Card accommodation provider. The holders of the Nationalpark Card waive the right to make any conceivable guarantee or damage compensation claim against FNPHT independently of whether the Nationalpark Card service partner or the Nationalpark Card accommodation provider is charged with culpability for damages or not. It is declared that – as far as a case of liability is concerned – the FNPHT is not liable for this type of event of damage and neither are the Nationalpark Card service partners or the Nationalpark Card accommodation providers along with assistants, employees and staff members of the FNPHT. Likewise the holder of the Nationalpark Card is not due any damages from FNPHT in the possible case that the benefits or services from Nationalpark Card service providers cited in the brochure are not fulfilled. 10. Jurisdiction For all disputes about the usage of the Nationalpark Card or possible compensation or guarantee claims, the sole jurisdiction of the county court of Zell am See is agreed upon, as is the sole application of Austrian law. 11. Data protection By using the Nationalpark Card the holder of the visitors’ card explicitly agrees to the usage of their saved address details for marketing purposes by FNPHT with a withdrawal of this agreement by the cardholder possible at any time.
