• Develop great strength in bespoke detailing and a strong design eye for high level of emergency department and hospital back of house planning.
Task / Responsibility : • Assist team leaders to generate clinical planning and spatial diagram for each dicipline department particularly radiation oncology, emergency department, pathology and early works packages.
• Develop great strength in the communication skills with medical staffs, high level of coordiantion skill and improve my time management skills through the effecient way of using BIM , drofus and Aconex.
• Manage QA/QC with other team leaders to ensure design conformance with AusHFG and NCC healthcare regulatory standards.
Additionally, the new viewing room and waiting area feature vinyl wall art and neutral furnishings, creating a welcoming and calming space for family groups and other visitors to the facility.
Outcome :
• Manage client and project coordination, including full documentation with structural, MEP and clinical planner.
• Provide technical guidance and innovation solution (as a CAD model coordinator) to resolve technical and design challenges on BIM coordiantion with external consultants.
• Rounds of presentation have been conducted with different entities via Zoom / miccorsoft Teams to obtain caveat packages before proceding to tender documentation.
As part of the redevelopment, a new mortuary has been created, boasting a range of enhancements. The new space includes a viewing room which aims to support bereaved families through the provision of a comfortable environment that is sensitive to the needs of different cultures. Along with a new viewing room, there is also new and advanced technology including security upgrades, as well as a dedicated waiting area and internal public bathrooms. The new space has been designed to respond to current needs and accommodate increased capacity. Mortuary Coordinator, Jerry Spanidis, said the new mortuary design had helped address the needs of both staff and the community. “It meets our commitment to preserve the dignity and wishes of the deceased and family members, with a well-designed viewing room offering privacy and support to bereaving families and relatives.”
Action :
• Maintain awareness of evolving building technology and systems which helps to improve not only healthcare building but also other building typologies.
• Develop architectural documentation to capture additional information of virtual site visit (during pandemic), process submittals, substitution requests, and RFI’s during construction.
• Deliver Early Package from concept design to completion of construction with novated contractor.

UNSW is undertaking a consolidation of their student services into a single space in which students will come to resolve all enquiries. The outcome of this project is aimed to generate a world-class multi-channel services to help their students navigate their requests easily, efficiently and seamlessly. The Student Hub space is divided into three zones based to delineate the type of query, timeframe and privacy level : Tier 1 (arrival + quick chat), Tier 2 (Exchange) and Tier 3 (Advisory support). Other spaces for supporting services are interweaved in between these tiers areas such as waiting area, staff workzone/enclosed office, utility area, storage/lockers and kitchens.

Fit-out works of a research school for National University of Singapore inclusive of 3 bar blocks with wet&dry lab, tower office, lecture hall, multiuse hall, exhibition hall and art pieces decoration for school compound.
NationalSingaporeResearch Foundation Completed in 2015 Jurong Consultant
CompanyLocationProjectClientStage
The Campus for Research Excellence And Technological Enterprise (CREATE) is an international research campus and innovation hub. The campus for the Singapore National Research Foundation (NRF) is a precedent-setting global research university, comprising three mid-rise buildings (Enterprise, Innovation and Research) and a high-rise office tower. The design pioneers the use of advanced environmental sustainability and energy-efficient technologies, surpassing current flexibility and performance benchmarks for scientific research facilities in the tropics. It responds to Singapore’s culturally rooted belief that the human soul needs nature’s vitality to lift its spirit. “It is a vibrant place, a dense urban organism where ecosystem, environmental art and scientific discovery meet in a union of opposites: a tower in the garden; science in the rainforest.” The project’s has won the award of The Lab of the Year 2013 Award and obtains the BCA Green Mark Platinum Certified in the same year.

DementiaAustralia
This programme is to rework against the conventional institutional nursing home and mono-functional housing development in Singapore which have been deteriorating the condition of people with dementia. Rather than designing a mock-up 50's or 60's living environment for people with dementia, this project attempts to focus on the spatial experiences of the people that use the spaces / buildings, to create a strong sense of community, familiarity and identity. A domestic environment is developed with referencing to a series of familiar daily routine activities to promote independence and confidence of people with dementia , in order to evoke their memory and slow down the progress of dementia.

01 DEMOGRAPHICS In
The amount of people with dementia is increasing in parallel with the demographic of aging population in Singapore. The current institutional nursing home has hasten their deterioration and unable to create a smooth transition. The conventional architecture in Singapore is based on mono-functional building has created a lot of stand-alone communities. Consequently, these circumstances have leaded to people with dementia being devalued and marginalized from the mainstream society. By accessing from this social context, this project aims to create a new urban typology which inform an inclusive design for people with dementia as well as benefit a greater range of mixed-age users.
OUTCOME
An integrated development for people with dementia to support their continuation of living in an sustainable and engaging environment.

CONTEXT
Design Research Enquiry (DRI) Architecture can generate a sustainable built environment to facilitate inclusion and living support for people with dementia in the mainstream society. A bottomup design approach to compose the need of dementia-friendly environment in a growing densification while preserving the traditional community spirits. 2030, 1 in every 10 elderly will be suffering from dementia. 6.9 residentsmillion 900,000 senior citizen 10% of them will be suffering from dementia Community Challenge of Care Isolation for different levels of care to prevent witnessing their gradually no-cure progress. Spending enough time in nature and outdoor exercises to slow down the progress of deteriotation.

Design Across
A pilot project initiated by Launceston City Council (2013) has developed a set of Play Space Strategy for Future Public Space in Launceston. The aim is to provide a good quality, well designed play space to achieve a balanced mix of both existing tradition and new natural play
Architecture and Autism Spectrum Disorder
One of the ideal locations with least amount of distractions from adjacent traffic, less crowded and provide greater control over sensory input. The natural open and spatial park provides opportunity for nature-based play and rough-andtumble play.
Master of AdvancedArchitectureDesignResearch | 2014 University of Tasmania, Australia
Existing John Hart Conservatory has potential to become a horticultural therapy area. Gardening activities can help children familiar with different colour, smell, texture in a nature environment. It also provides opportunity to develop communication skills, social interaction.
The park is fenced and contained which prevents children from straying outside the play area’s boundary, ensuring a safe and easy-to-control environment, particularly when a child having tantrum.
There are ample shaded areas in the park which suitable for photosensitive autism children.
Launcestonfeatures.city has very few playground equipment or interesting play spaces. The main places for children are parks and formal playgrounds. Current playground in City Park is an inviting and utilised place for children and family to spend time in weekend.

STRUCTURED / ACTIVE PLAY
A place for parents of children with autism can gather and relax around the cafe here.
A series of new sensory integration activities can be threaded into the existing play spaces based on diverse play themes and types of play as highlighted :
Potential to develop active play space, or structured games that involve bigger groups. Children can bring their own toys to play with others. Seating and social play can be located in between quiet zone and active zone to provide a smooth transition between activities. Children can observe other peers playing before they are ready to participate.
PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT
Existing topography with natured slope provides opportunity to integrated play objects seamless together with this free-flowing landscape, utilise the slope to provide a tiered seating area.
