(*) This technical specification is valid and refers to boats ordered starting from February, 2009. (**) The performance data is indicative and refer to a vessel with standard equipment with a displacement of 34,6 ton (76.206 lb) corresponding to 1/3 load. Data was taken on a calm sea, no wind, air temperature 25°C, clean hull and propulsion system correctly set for these conditions. (***) The shipyard does not supply complete safety equipment since Pershing boats are sent throughout the world. It is the responsibility of the owner to care for the complete safety equipment as required by individual countries.

This brochure has no legal or certification value whatsoever. The technical data, performances, designs and graphic reproductions are purely indicative and refer to standard models. The only valid technical reference or description are the specific parameters of each craft cited only on purchase of the same. Therefore the only indications binding on the seller are contained solely in the act of purchase and in the relevant specific manual. Every effort has been taken to provide complete and accurate information in these technical maps, with the assumption that the list of on-board equipment refers to a standard model. Construction materials and details indicated as being shipyard standard are those included in the “Dealer’s Pack”. Every request of substitution of the standard materials with different costs or value can be agreed followed by a payment of the relative extra price. This is a preliminary technical specification and each modification could be adopted to improve the project or depends upon the market availability.
