BUILDING MATERIAL HULL/DECK HULL: female moulded construction with lamination in sandwich with balsa wood core; reinforcement fibre: E glass. Lamination by means of vacuum infusion with vinylester resin. Stratification of longitudinal and transversal stringers with polyurethane core. DECK and SUPERSTRUCTURE: female moulded construction with vacuum infusion lamination in sandwich with vinylester resin and closed-cell PVC core. Main bulkheads and interior structural floorings (excluding the engine room) in vacuum infusion lamination sandwich format. Structural tanks for fuel and fresh water layered with vinylester resin. Parts of the deck such as the fore area (except the mooring area), fore dinette, side walkways, walking areas of the cockpit, swimming platform and transom steps are clad in sealed teak with polymerising black rubber. Other parts have either a non-slip finish or a polished gelcoat finish like the hull and superstructure. PAINTING KEEL PAINTING: parts of the yacht under the water are treated with black antifouling paint, with an epoxy primer basecoat. EXTERIOR PAINTING: sections which are a different colour to the gelcoat in the Pershing graphics, are treated with black polyurethane bicomponent paint.
This technical specification is valid and refers to yachts ordered as of 1st September 2010. (2) Performances are approximative and they refer to the standard equipment of the boat, at 1/3 of load corresponding to ton. 54,25 (119599 lb), Performances estimated at the following conditions: calm sea, absence of wind, 25째C air temperature, clean hull and special propellers set for those conditions and 6 people on board. Overloading the yacht by 1 ton. / 2205 lb top speed decreases of 1 knot. (3) Pershing shipyard does not supply complete safety equipment as Pershing yachts are delivered to all countries. Owners must therefore complete the safety equipment with the devices required in their own specific country. pershing can, however, supply safety equipment upon request.
