Lesley Ramsay began life as an English teacher, but has discovered that writing books is a lot more difficult than reading them! She lives on the beautiful Central Coast north of Sydney with her husband, Jim. She has had lots of practice over the years cooking for him, their four children and eight grandchildren. But it is her love for Jesus and her desire to see others get to know him that has inspired her to write this book. Rachel Billington trained in England as a Cordon Bleu chef and currently runs her own catering business doing private functions and cooking demonstrations. She now enjoys life living on Sydney’s Northern Beaches with her husband and two children. She is passionate about producing good food, family and friends, and telling people about Jesus.
