GETTING THE MOST FROM TODAY Spit, take it easy, drink water Your parents might have told you not to, but we positively encourage spitting! With so many wines to taste it really is essential if you are going to enjoy your day. Take a break from time to time, grab a reentry wristband and have a coffee or just some air tasting is tough work, and hard on the feet! Wine can also make you feel dehydrated, so please drink plenty of water throughout the day there's water on every table.

Try before you buy Some of our exhibitors are able to sell directly today, as indicated by the shopping bag symbol against their entry. Stocks are limited, but everyone who is selling is offering a special discount. Other exhibitors are winemakers or importers who don't sell direct to the public, but may take orders (as indicated by the delivery van icon) and they can certainly tell you where to find their wines. If in doubt, do ask the person behind the table.

Ask the Experts The people behind the tables really do know their stuff: we have winemakers and Masters of Wine, and all are experts in their field that can talk you through their wines, help find wines to match your tastes, and advise you. But they are also huge wine enthusiasts and a friendly bunch, so please don't be shy: ask the experts!

@sipsoc

Everyone has unique taste buds. And at SipSoc we know a great wine is only the one that suits you. That’s why our wine tasting workshops and classes are a mix of pointers, titbits and quirky experiments to help you pin down exactly what you like.

Wine tasting classes and events that explore taste with a scientific twist. Make this table you're first stop at the festival and sample some of the ways you can ensure you get the best quality for your money and palate. We're not here to sell wine so you won't find any pretentious jargon or sales pitch just clear practical advice in a fun, sociable way. And to continue your tasting journey, either learning solo or with your friends or colleagues, Sipologist Social is here to help. Adventure in taste and flavour the SipSoc way!
