Black Americans are also among the youngest: 28% of Blacks are under 18, compared to 23% of all Americans. -We are educated. The percentage of African American high school graduates immediately enrolling in higher education continues to rise to 63.1% in 2016-2018, up from 62.7% in 2013-2015. - We are valuable.
