The gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi promote better health, leg strength, and an overall feeling of well-being, according to the Mayo Clinic. The rhythmic movements and controlled breathing of Tai Chi, or “meditation in motion,” requires practitioners to live in the present, thereby reducing stress and producing an inner calm. The following class we will be using Adobe Photoshop Elements to process the photos. We will look at a wide array of options to enhance or fix any areas that need attention.
