Your assessment centre will consist of: 2 HR exercises: • Group discussion • Written exercise 2 technical exercises: • Technical test • Technical interview
After completing my initial application I was invited to take a Situational Judgement Test containing various scenarios I may come across in the office. I passed and was processed onto the next stage, a telephone and face-to-face interview. The face-to-face interview was with my future manager and office director; a great opportunity to show my skills and passion for the profession, whilst allowing me to ask questions about office life and day-to-day work. The next stage in the process was the Assessment Centre which involved group discussions with other shortlisted candidates as well as written and verbal exercises. Here I gained a greater insight into the culture of Faithful+Gould. Since joining I have learnt more in the first six months than I ever would have expected.
