Fedele allo stile minimalista che caratterizza tutto il suo lavoro, Piero Lissoni ha disegnato una linea di prodotti per il bagno, partendo da una forma classica. La forma di base scelta per la famiglia è “un quadrato imperfetto o un rotondo completamente sbagliato” come ama definire lo stesso Lissoni. La base d’appoggio sfuggente alla vista, rende gli oggetti in apparenza galleggianti. “Birillo” è la prima collezione tematica tipologicamente completa nel catalogo Alessi. Faithful to the minimalist style that characterizes all of his work, Piero Lissoni has designed a line of products for the bathroom, starting from a classic shape. The basic shape chosen for the family objects is “an imperfect square or a completely wrong circle” as Lissoni himself

The support of the base hidden from sight, gives the appearance that the objects are floating. “Birillo” is the first typologically complete thematic collection in Alessi catalogue. Fidèle au style minimaliste qui caractérise tout son travail, Piero Lissoni a dessiné une ligne de produits pour la salle de bains, à partir d’une forme classique. La forme de base choisie pour la famille d’objets “un carré imparfait ou un rond complètement raté”, comme Lissoni luimême aime le définir. La base d’appui qui fuit à la vue rend les objets apparemment flottants. “Birillo” est la première collection à thème typologiquement complète dans le catalogue d’Alessi. Dem minimalistischen Stil seiner Arbeit treu hat Piero Lissoni von den klassischen Formen ausgehend eine Produktlinie für das Bad entworfen. Die für die Objektfamilie gewählte Grundform ist “ein unvollkommenes Quadrat oder eine völlige missglückte Rundform”, wie Lissoni es zu definieren liebt. Die sich der Sicht entziehende Stellfläche scheint die Objekte treiben zu lassen. “Birillo” ist die erste thematisch und typologisch komplette Kollektion im Katalog von Alessi.
