Secret #2:

Re-learn your manners: Please & thank you! We’ve all heard the term “ask and you shall receive”. And now that you’ve figured out exactly what it is you want, make sure you are constantly asking for it! With the millions of thoughts consuming our minds on the daily, sometimes the Universe can get confused on what it is we want. So don’t be shy to intentionally remind them everyday and it doesn’t hurt to ask nicely. Carve out 5 mins first thing in the morning and dedicate it to asking for what you want. Take it even further and visualize yourself already having what it is you want. You can have and experience anything you want if you mix thought with genuine emotion. At first, you may not believe it but don’t give up. Keep mixing positive emotion in with this thought. Slowly you will feel yourself believing it the more you see it and voila! Remember: Thought + Emotion = Power Write down at least 10 things you want to attract in your life but instead, re-word it as if you already have it and are currently living it. Repeat these every morning. ie. I have so many amazing relationships in my life. I am travelling the world. Money is flowing to me easily. I am fit, healthy and strong. I have so much confidence in me.

Secret #2:

Re-learn your manners: Please & thank you! And what did your mama teach you when someone gives you what you want? Say thank you. Being grateful is one of the most important things you can do to a) help you focus less on what you don’t have and b) attract more of it that you want. If you don’t appreciate what you’ve got, how can you expect to get more of it? Start showing gratitude. Spend a few minutes every morning making a list of what you are grateful for. Write down 3 things you are grateful for today below.

Secret #3:

Say “Yes” to yourself by saying “No”. Love yourself to not waste your time on people who don’t see value in you or push you to be better. You don’t need to be validated by anyone but yourself. The point of living your life is that you are making your own decisions for your own desires. Living in fear of losing people who may not approve of you should be a hint that they shouldn’t be in your life to begin with. Remember: You can’t have amazing relationships with shitty people in your life. You need to make the space for better things. Purge your relationships. Start taking control back of your happiness and your life by saying NO to people and things that you know don’t lift you up or make you happy. It’ll be uncomfortable at first but once you get used to feeling happy, you’ll wonder why you never did this before. Make a list of 10 things, activities and people you are tolerating in your life and need to de-clutter. The ones that no longer serve you a purpose towards your truest desire. Don’t feel bad about being selfish or thinking about yourself. If you don’t make room for better things, you will continue to live unhappily. SO PURGE, GIRL.
