PERFECT CAREER

Are you feeling as if there is something more out there for you, but having trouble discovering what that may be? Do you wake up dreading to go to your daily job, but feel there is no other choice? Do you dream of doing something different yet can’t seem to discover what that may be for you? We all come here with innate soulpurpose. There is an inner destiny and although we know this on a soul level, we sometimes struggle with finding what that may be for us. So, we fall into the daily grind to pay the bills and leave each day with a feeling of emptiness. The key to fulfillment is finding your soul purpose. You can discover your soul purpose by first unlocking your superpower. Your superpower is a quality or trait that comes naturally to you. Discovering your superpower will guide you to unlocking that perfect career you secretly desire.

How do you find your superpower? Start with what comes naturally for you. For instance, are you a good listener? Your soul purpose may be as a counselor or therapist. Perhaps, you have an eye for color? Your purpose may be to make others feel more empowered through fashion, design or consulting. Do you tend to feel energy around you? You may be here to lend healing in the form of reiki or other forms of healing. All of these natural traits may be your hidden superpower! By understanding your natural gifts, you can then lean into what that deeper purpose is for you. Perhaps you have been searching for your life purpose and feel discouraged that it hasn’t already presented itself. Most times, we are overthinking our natural gifts. We take them for granted (because they are easy for us) and by default, don’t realize the depths of what we have to offer. When you can look at what comes easy for you and start to put a plan around it, you see it grow. In that growth emerges your truelife purpose. The purpose that makes you feel fulfilled. The purpose that inspires you and ignites your soul deep within.

Yet, we often may find ourselves shying away from that truthful part of ourselves. Choosing instead, to remain hidden and only dreaming about our dreams rather than daring to make them come true. Then there are those fierce women in the world who understanding their worth, their drive, their passion and see it as a non-negotiable. Taking a leap of faith with both feet first and going after what calls to their heart, instead of allowing their fear to be in the driver’s seat. It will be those women whose inner light shines naturally brighter and for no more a reason than choosing to know courage and own their fierce truth. KIM: Hi Colby, obviously I know you, but who is Colby Rebel in your own words? What is she about? COLBY: I would say in my own words I’m about - I am about being authentic and living in your truth. Without the repercussions of worrying if you’re liked or approved or validated. So, it’s about living your truth with passion with purpose and to really be more courageous. Even when you are feeling fearful.

KIM: I love that, and I think that you absolutely prove that with the courage you show in your career. COLBY: I think the interesting thing is so many people, even my best friend of like 35 years, will always say is that I am one of the most fearless people they know. People say that about me all the time and it’s not true. I definitely have fear. I have worry you know, but I also don’t let that dominate and I think that that’s the difference. I may be fearful but then I will just let go. I will jump in and I’ll say, “okay let’s just trust” and I think that’s the difference too. I trust unconditionally. I trust spirit unconditionally, to the point that I won’t really think of the repercussions until after the fact. That, “oh that could have gone that way, I should have thought about that more”.

KIM: I love that, and I absolutely love hearing you talk about spirit in that way as well. In your work, you know, you’re a medium, you’ve got a podcast show, you travel, and you teach. But you’ve had a few career changes, right? What have these career changes looked like? COLBY: Well they’ve been really exciting. The career changes have been instrumental in my current career and my life today. So ironically, I’ve had a career with body mind and now spirit. Going back to high school I was an athlete; I was very, very athletic and that athleticism really taught me perseverance. Not to give up, to push past pain. So, I became a professional wrestler and I was a fitness model and I did that for a couple of years. Then, once I did that and I achieved it, I was done. Like, I’ve been on magazine cover, I had this really cool wrestling show that I was a part of. So, there was nothing else in it, I just felt like I was done. Then I went into tax accounting because now I wanted to be known for my mind. I wanted to be taken seriously I guess, and I did that for about 13-14 years, and I enjoyed it. You know, it’s very much like putting a piece of a puzzle together and I really enjoyed it. But then it just was so loud and clear that was not my calling anymore. We can have careers that we enjoy. We can have careers that at the end of the day, you say, ‘that’s not so bad for the paycheck’ and you have a choice to live that life. But on some level, you will be settling and if you’re okay with that then keep doing it. So, you can have a career that you are good at. You can have a career that pays well. But is it your calling? Is it your purpose? And if you still have a nudge, if something is still pushing you, telling you that there is something more, you have to allow yourself to listen to it. Otherwise, you won’t have fulfillment and so that’s where the work with spirit came in. You know, spirit was there all along, but I don’t think I recognized that was my calling. I didn’t recognize that I could

have a career with them. Even now, I’ve got a career and seven years into this, the more I do it, the more I want it. The more I do it the more I want to serve and help people heal and it’s never ending. I want to write about it, I want to talk about it, I want to teach it, I want to demonstrate it. I want to provide a space for people to come and experience mediumship. So, if you have that passion, it really does explain what the purpose is. That passion really is, I believe, something all of us have in us and when you figure out what that is, and you go to it boldly and courageously? I believe spirit and the universe will respond.

KIM: Absolutely and you’ve said it yourself, you’ve covered body, you’ve covered mind and now spirit, and all your careers have been so different from each other. So, when you look at what motivated and drove you towards each of those changes, what would you say was behind that? Was it that nudge you mentioned? You know if you have that feeling or that nudge that there’s something more would you say that was ultimately behind it?

COLBY: I think ultimately it was two things. Definitely, that ‘nudge’ and the second would be that I was going to have a nervous breakdown if I didn’t listen. So, you get that ‘nudge’ and I was taking the CPA (Certified Public Accountant) exam and in the U.S it is in four or five different parts. Once you pass one part, a clock starts and then you must finish all of them. And just through circumstances, I was down to the last part and I failed it by a couple points. So, I studied to sit it again and spirit is nudging me like crazy, so I’ve got this dual thing happening right? The night before the exam I prayed to spirit, I said “spirit if you give this to me, if you let me have this, I promise I will serve you, just let me have this”, and I took the test. And I got the score back and I failed it by one point and so all of wanting that, it went away. I remember saying “Why spirit?” and they said, “Because you can’t negotiate with us any longer.” It was a real awakening moment. Then ironically, I had studied with Lisa Williams that year and even though I tried so hard for the CPA as an accountant. Technically, by December that year I was a certified psychic advisor, so it was still a CPA, just not in a way that I had thought it was going to be. I looked at it and

I was like, “you got to be kidding me! Okay, well, that’s not exactly the one I meant!” But, you know, having the experience with the body and athleticism really does help in my connection to spirit. So many people don’t take care of the physical self and when working with spirit you hold a lot of energy. Sometimes that’s not always high vibrational energy because you’re taking on people’s stuff, like their feelings and emotions, you know, because you’re holding the space for spirit. So, there was a part of me that said “I’m going to get out there, I’m going to stay fit, I’m going to take care of myself and I’m going to make sure that I’m serving to the highest good.” And then, with my background in accounting you know, one thing I saw lacking when I first came into the spiritual industry was a lack of professionalism. A lack of psychics even in their own business not having professional headshots or professional resumes or looking at things with ethics. So, I brought a lot of that Tax background and a lot of that ‘professionalism’ into my work and into one of the books I wrote, Leap of Faith. And that, to me is, you know we are accountable absolutely and when we, as lightworkers, as ourselves can raise the standard and raise the bar, we will be respected and revered more across multiple industries. But it’s up to us to kind of ‘step up’ and I’m seeing it. I’ve seen massive change worldwide with people adopting this belief system as well.

KIM: Colby, you talk about how one of your friends say that you’re one of the most fearless people that they know. The changes that you’ve made would have taken a lot of courage. Hands down, fear or not, it would have taken courage. And so if there was one thing that you were to identify that exists within you that may be hidden in people that don’t act and that don’t take that leap of faith, what would that be? COLBY: I believe that people don’t believe in themselves enough. You know, let’s go back the summit for the Master Teacher. Lisa had moved to New York so for me, she was going to be right here in California. So, she moved to New York and the dates, I was a tax manager and it was our final tax deadline for the year. There’s was no way I was going to get off work, there was no way he was going to give me a vacation. So, even with no prospects, no savings, I knew I had to go.

I had just rented a new home which was twice my rent and I had just gotten a new car because my job, my paycheck would have helped with that. I had no savings, nothing. I gave my two weeks’ notice and left and went to New York to do my Master Teachers. That was by far the scariest thing that I’ve ever done but it worked out.. Yes because of the universe, yes because of spirit. But also because I believed in myself. We have to be willing to take chances. I’m not telling everyone to go quit their job, but I am saying, where are you holding yourself back? Where can you say yes when you’re too afraid right now and you’re saying no? Look at what you’re doing. I always look at my life as if I’m, you know, this is it, am I going to have regrets? And that helps me push, like “all right, I’m going to do it, now this is it. Let’s go for it!” And, we don’t know how it’s going to turn out, but we have to be willing to trust in ourselves and to trust in spirit and to know that we’re resourceful enough to make it happen.

KIM: Well I think that’s the answer isn’t it; it’s about being resourceful you know. We can achieve anything you know, if we’re resourceful enough to find the solution that we need to make it happen and to make it work. COLBY: I say get gritty. I’m telling people all the time even when I teach. Get gritty, get in there and get gritty and don’t quit. Put your claws in there and you hang on tight until it sorts itself out. A lot of people have the opposite advice, right. Go with the flow, if it’s easy you know, if it’s not easy it’s not meant to be. No, sometimes you got to fight because spirit wants to know how bad you want it. They want the tough cookies out there serving them. You know the other thing too is if we didn’t work hard where would the reward be? Spirit needs you know they’re not just going to hand this stuff out left and right. No, we absolutely have to prove it. You’re an ambassador for spirit right. If I’m going to hire someone, I want to see the resume. How detailoriented are they? Are they a hard worker? Are they a problem solver?

Are they good with communication skills? Well let me put them through the test. I don’t see why spirit wouldn’t do that.

KIM: Did you ever fight the direction that you were being led towards? Whether that back in the day when you were in the body and fitness industry? Or when you were an accountant? And now with spirit? Was there a time where you were “I’m not doing this” but you just did it anyway?

KIM: I love what you say because living with spirit in your life, it’s not just for mediums or those choosing to work with spirit. They are definitely there to help everyone.

COLBY: Let’s see, I feel one thing I wasn’t sure about was Teaching. I didn’t see myself as a teacher just because I am pretty tough you know. I’m just more coach like. I’m more of a coach’s personality than say a lot of the teachers I’ve come across that are super gentle and soft and so I didn’t think that I could be a teacher. So, I really did resist that for as long as I could. But then once I did it, I can’t imagine not teaching. I love teaching. I’m passionate about teaching. I’m passionate about giving others a real foundation. I’m still going to be tough, but you know, then you build that reputation and those who want that experience, you’ll be the right fit for them.

KIM: You’ve probably answered this already, but you’re really settled in what you’re doing. You see clients, you teach, you travel, you have your podcast and your books. Do you feel that you are really living your purpose? COLBY: Absolutely I feel this is my purpose. I think it’s still growing. Like, you know, you get that ‘nudge’? When spirit have got some things on the back-burner percolating and you know so they’ve got a few ideas simmering? I’m not exactly sure what they have up their sleeve yet, but I know it’s probably about a bigger stage. Probably more books, and they know how I love doing that and it is intense. They pop me in a chair for three to four months and these are long days. I don’t get up, I stay in my pyjamas, I walk around the block, I don’t cook. But yet then that book will be done. So, there’s stuff, and I know it’s coming but yeah, I’m absolutely in my purpose. I think if there’s anything else that I would love to do is try to get my work out to a mainstream public even

COLBY: Yeah and one of the things that I love doing, and it’s hard sometimes. But, you know, there’s a guy here and he’s a doctor and he’s a personality and he have a show and so his wife has a podcast that I’m fortunate enough to be a guest on now and again. And she’ll stream it right to his main channel. So, here’s a mainstream personality doctor with a lot of people and, you know, some of them can be harsh right. This isn’t their bag, but surprisingly, by showing up and by being practical you would be surprised that more people are calling. They’re wanting a connection and you can see the stigma lifting and that makes me feel very proud to serve spirit in that way and to be a part of it in that way.

KIM: It doesn’t have to be woowoo or have to be fluffy or you know up in the clouds so that’s fantastic. COLBY: That was one of the things about that Kim, I’m not woo-woo and there were a lot of people in the beginning that weren’t really accepting. Like, the fact that my book Leap of Faith - How to Build Your Spiritual Business, seven years ago, to put spiritual and business together was a shock. People could not believe, and I was one of the first ones to kind of put those terms out there in that way. You know, I would wear my wing eyeliner and there were peers that would say not kind things and you know again though, I had to kind of be me, to be myself and I encourage the readers to be themselves. I encourage the readers to no mimic someone else. You have to hold on to your experiences, your identity, your personality. It is actually part of your gift so we cannot deny it and we should stop trying to change it. We can grow, we can evolve, we can expand, we can develop, we can


do all those things. But I think the essence of who you are needs to remain the same.

KIM: Such valuable advice and so important as well because so many people are always looking for comparison. You know, what is my friend doing? What is my colleague doing? Or… I’m not doing that so let me feel bad about myself. When really you know, just be you. I love that so much. What’s the thing that you love most about your work?

And I think secondary to that would be, you can feel the relief and the release that someone has after a session, whether that is in a psychic or medium reading. They come in at a certain weight, a certain vibration and yet after that, you can feel a shift. You feel that difference and to know that there’s something we have done as a channel to accompany that, to facilitate it, to assist it is… it’s beyond rewarding. I love that.

KIM: And what would you say that you, if anything, love the least about it? COLBY: The least is the harsh criticism, the nastiness. That some people can be so nasty, especially when you get to a certain level. They want to be nasty just because you’re at a certain level and it has nothing to even do with your gift, but they want to say it’s the gift. You know as a sensitive, we’re all sensitive, we’re all empathic. I mean, how can it not hurt your feelings? So, then you’re told to have a thick skin well how can you have a thick skin and do what you’re doing. So, it makes it hard.

COLBY: Okay one of the most things that I love is when something comes into a reading that there’s just no way, I could know it. There’s absolutely no proven way, and that sitter may not even know it in the moment. But then they get off the phone and they go to where I said something was and they can’t even believe they didn’t realize it was there, you know. Like the spirit world being so strong, that they’re proving it without a shadow of a doubt. Because, even for me, right when we question ourselves “am I making this up?” We want to be accountable and so to have something like that reminds me, wow this is real.

KIM: I suppose we can never please everyone… COLBY: You know that whole thing that, ”you’re not going to be everyone’s cup of tea?” it’s probably one of the best sayings I’ve ever come across for sure.

KIM: And just accepting that you know, that’s okay. COLBY: That’s okay, absolutely. Because, I would rather walk in my truth than walk in a world where I’m trying to make everyone else happy because guess who’s not going to be happy doing that?

KIM: We are not living our life for everyone else. COLBY: No, we’re here to serve but not to the point of self-destruction.

KIM: What is the most important thing that you feel our readers need to know about their life? COLBY: I’ll tell you a quick story and then I’ll answer that question directly. I had a client come for a reading years ago. She was a lawyer and I just said nope you’re not a lawyer, you’re a musician and she goes, I love music and I’m too afraid to let go of being a lawyer to pursue it. I said, I see you going back home, I see you playing at venues, I see you putting out music. I said, you know you have to trust that and sure enough, she quit being a lawyer and now she makes records, she tours, and she is so happy. So, I think the one thing that your readers need to know is don’t be afraid to follow your dreams.

Regardless of how old you are, regardless of your circumstances, be willing to see that light within yourself and to know that you have a gift that is meant to be shared. So find what that gift is, have the courage to fight for it, to put that gift out there because the fulfillment it will give you will far surpass any fear that you’re experiencing at this moment.

KIM: You’ve shared an article in this issue as well about finding your superpower and what that whole process can look like and how important it is. So I love that that was your answer, it gave me goosebumps because it is so true. Is there anything else that you’d like to share with our readers? COLBY: I believe that we are all meant to make an impact and again, your impact isn’t about what other people are doing. Your impact can be within your own life within your family, your personal community. It could be on a bigger scale. You can still have the things you want, you know if family is important, if children are important, pets… Whatever it is you can have it all. I think people make excuses all the time. I hear excuses as to why they’re not pursuing their purpose and their passion, and I feel like you have to be honest with yourself by asking “am I creating an excuse?” and you know, you might say “but I’m dealing with…” or “I can’t because…” Those are excuses so look at your own blocks, look at your own mindset and be willing to work through that so that you can live your purpose with joy and fulfillment and simplicity. The world becomes, I think, a lot simpler when you’re really in that heart space living and doing what you love to do because I know what it’s like. One day, I was at the desk doing taxes and you know; I had a dream job that I think most people would have loved. I had a high-rise office over a really big city, beautiful view, huge windows, beautiful desk. And, I’m in the middle doing taxes and spirit is calling and, you know, I just remember standing up and just looking out the window and I felt so lost. Like a fish in a fishbowl and it was just the worst feeling. I thought you know, I don’t know what’s coming up, but I can’t keep doing this and I think we have to ask ourselves. Are you being a fish in a fishbowl and if you are then do something about it?

KIM: And what if they don’t know that they’re being a fish in a fishbowl? What sort of questions do you think the reader could start asking themselves just to define where they are in that space?

KIM: Colby, I love that especially in a world where people are constantly on that search for external validation, or to fill their life with external stuff, or external people to find their truth.

COLBY: You know, one thing I say, “Imagine you’re at the end of your life at 70 - 80 even and say to yourself, right now knowing what I know now do I have any regrets? Is there anything at all that I wish I had done, that I haven’t done it yet? If that answer is yes, you got to take a serious look at what needs to happen. Because each day you want to be able to say I have no regrets today. That’s going to help keep pushing you forward, and you have to, you have to be in tune with yourself. You know a lot of people want to bury themselves with noise; tv noise, social media noise, distractions, family, all of it. We can’t quiet the soul then, so you have to be able to go inwards and speak to your own soul “hey there you happy? Am I doing okay? Am I doing everything I need to do to make me feel balanced?” I feel like if there’s a no to any of that, again we got to look at what it is, even if someone is working as a lightworker. Are you working in the modality that you feel heart centred with, or are you doing what somebody else is doing because, well that’s what you see them doing you know? Feel what you’re meant to do and find it, like if you don’t know what that is, play around, take different classes, take a healing, class a reiki class, a crystal class, a tarot class a psychic a medium class, maybe an art class. Whatever it is, take a class so that you can see what you resonate with and you’ll feel it. You’ll go “oh my goodness, this is it, holy cow this is it” and then you know you’ve got a starting point to build on.

COLBY: Yeah, you know material accomplishments. I mean, accolades are wonderful, nothing is greater than a client going, oh my gosh that was the best experience or student say oh I learned so much. I mean of course we love that but, you have to be able to simply go to bed at night and have a conversation with spirit and say did I do all right by you today? And that to me is how minimal it needs to be for you to feel fulfilled.

KIM: I love your answers and I could have so many more questions for you but Colby, what is your fierce truth? COLBY: My fierce truth is that I have found happiness. I have found real happiness and that’s in solitude. Solitude with spirit and there, that’s my pure happiness and I’m okay with that. I don’t feel like anything is missing because I had the courage to follow my passion and so that to me is my fierce truth. I think you know; your fierce truth is when nothing feels like it’s missing.

KIM: Just lastly another question that’s just quickly come to my mind and I know it’s something that I ask every morning or try to do every morning. When you wake up and you meet your day and you’re showing up and being of service do you have a special thing that you say to yourself or, you know, a process that you work through in order to tap into what that truth needs to be for you that day? What that ‘being of service’ needs to look like? COLBY: I feel like the first thing I do when I wake up is just take a minute to expand my awareness. So like, I’ll imagine what the day looks like outside. I’ll imagine the colours and all of those sorts of things. I’ll really kind of tune in that way and then I just kind of say, “All right spirit what do you want me to do today? What are we doing today?” And I just have that conversation with them and even throughout the day I just randomly stop and say, “I am just so grateful and thank you so much” I pay attention to the signs and symbols. I have fun with it so yeah, I do this professionally, but I enjoy it. Participate in your life, be proactive in your life and when you’re afraid, when you’re fearful… I just say to myself “You got this, let’s go.” And you just get through it, you do it. Yeah, just roll up your sleeves get gritty.

L.A. Dawson is not one to give up. Back in 2011, she became aware of the debilitating effects that Lyme disease was having on her body and she was thrown into a world of pain and medication. The symptoms of the disease created in her a vulnerability that led to a gruesome accident. Her recovery has been a painful and challenging journey for L.A. But, she says it is the desire to leave a legacy that will make her children proud that has given her the strength to find hope, resilience and healing. L.A. It was October 2011 when L.A. awoke one morning with a paralysed face. By the following morning, she was slurring her words and her face felt painful, tight and was drooping to one side. She was diagnosed with neurological Lyme disease, which was targeting the nerves in her neck. A doctor prescribed emergency medication to treat the paralysis that was now affecting three-quarters of her face. This terrifying experience was the catalyst that would trigger a desire in her to seek alternatives to the many medications she was prescribed. She focussed more on her diet and she began incorporating raw turmeric into her daily morning ritual. Her doctors believed it helped significantly to reduce her symptoms of Lyme disease. L.A. was getting back on track and feeling motivated to write again, but then a clumsy accident sent her recovery spiralling backwards. The accident would set a painful tone for many more years. During a blizzard, fuelled by lightning and thunder, L.A. was at home when she had a seemingly- simple yet devastating accident. After trapping her foot underneath her treadmill and struggling to get free, she accidentally hit her face with full impact 3 times against the machine. The neurological damage she was still experiencing from the Lyme disease made her physically less coordinated and also more vulnerable. She recalls the brutal sensation of her face shattering from the impact.

“There was a lot of blood on the floor and it was shocking how much blood was coming out of my face. I was so lucid that with every movement I could hear all the crackling in my ears. I was in terrible pain and I was broken, but I felt protected”.

Certain that it was not her time to die, L.A. prayed to God and the Angels that she would survive. She could feel protective energy around her and she knew that she would survive this. From the accident, her nose had been “completely obliterated and shattered into pieces” and required emergency reconstructive surgery. Both her face and neck needed to be lifted because she couldn’t swallow. She suffered from chronic pain and discomfort for years to follow including daily nausea, vomiting, vertigo, and lingual lethargy. Her nasal cavity is still damaged. Immediately after the surgery, L.A. suffered from depression.

“I couldn’t look in the mirror. I didn’t look at my face for 6 months”. L.A. Dawson shared with us what it’s like to live through neurological paralysis and a shattered face. Mind over matter is what helped, she says. It helped her to see a way through the pain and enabled L.A. to consciously direct her own recovery. She believes in the power of words and affirmations. She says that it was her sheer willpower and ability to focus on her thoughts that gave her the energy and strength to keep moving forward.


She has written an ebook called ‘My Miracle Day’ and she will soon release an online program, ‘The Sympathetic Serenity System’ which brings together affirmations, visualisations, and grounding exercises. She talks about allergies and food sensitivities and the importance of diet in preserving our health. The program contains her articles from Social Life Magazine and the whole-food recipes that assisted L.A. in her recovery of Lyme disease.

L.A.’s fierce truth is the realisation that she is a strong and courageous person who, with hope, can overcome anything. Although she is still regaining her health, she has the resilience to keep moving forward and dedicate time to her passion. She has devoted herself to sharing with others how they can also find the hope, strength, and courage to overcome any obstacle, no matter how challenging. It is never too late to change your perspective and begin taking care of yourself. Your life is your journey of health and we must all be accountable for that.

Immunity Healing with Gut Health

by L. A. Dawson Self-care has always been paramount in my life. Eating well and exercising daily was ingrained in me by my athletic father. I learned that a strong immune system has always been key to a healthy body, but the protocols have changed as research changes. It can be daunting to keep up with the information. Getting Health and Life Coaching credentials helped me sift through the endless material. As I progressed through vegetarianism and back, I realized a healthy immune system is important, but what that means changes based on your body and its’ presenting gut health. We meet our bodies’ needs at the place where it is at NOW. Our gut contains about 75% of our immune systems. The first step is to assess your gut health. Keep a journal of food sensitivities and eliminate what does not work. You can try to rotate them back in, but carefully, because the goal is to have good digestion without irritation.

Two foods that assist in excellent gut health are RAW turmeric and blueberries. If you cannot tolerate the bitterness of the raw turmeric, then capsules are a good alternative. Blueberries have natural sugar, so I enjoy them three times a week. Too much sugar feeds an inflammatory response in the body, which ultimately can cause disease.

Eat the rainbow! Fruits and vegetables feed all the senses while improving immunity. It is a full body experience to cook a rainbow of foods that we know are good for us, but this also feeds our souls. The mind, body, spirit connection is ever-present as we feed our bodies healthily. Making a conscious decision to treat our bodies with respect and love, cooking food that is healthy, and finally ingesting with positive intentions is no longer considered “out there” thinking. The brain is a muscle. Putting that powerful muscle into our positive decisions improves the outcome. Go out into the dirt and get your hands dirty! Certain microbes in dirt can help our immune systems fight a virus or bacteria. Gardening makes you feel part of something bigger and research has shown it can lift depression which ultimately builds immunity. Also, while gardening in the sun you receive a dose of Vitamin D which energizes infection fighting cells.


Vitamins and supplements absolutely can help boost immunity. Personally, I believe we should take them… and then take time off, to give your gut a re-set. Typically, I do three months on, two weeks off. However, during Covid-19, I have stayed on my personal protocol with only a few days off every few months. I take supplements suggested to me by a nutritionist who knows I had Neurological Lyme Disease. I also do research on each supplement that I add to make sure I am not taking toxic amounts. This is important because everyone reacts differently. Get to know your body and gut intimately. When you do, you gain valuable knowledge about what your body needs. Also, your body can develop sudden allergic reactions or sensitivities even if you have taken a vitamin regularly. The following is a list of supplements to build a strong immunity. Manifesting Your Dreams

Live a Life of Abundance and Turn Your Thoughts into Reality Written by Elizabeth Vigar What would you say if I told you that your dreams no longer have to be just fantasy, but that they can become real goals that you actively begin achieving right now? Better yet, these goals do not require anything other than a shift in your mindset, a little belief, and some patience. Learning how our thoughts create our reality is at the core of understanding manifestation. To see the positive changes we want to experience in our life, we need to learn how to align our thoughts with joy and love. In doing this, we create the space to welcome everything we want into our life. Many of us are not aware of how we attract things we don’t want into our lives. We have grown accustomed to and even comfortable with our feelings of fear. We unconsciously believe that we must pay for happiness with suffering. Many of us may even believe that we do not deserve happiness. We worry that there isn’t enough for everyone. This shows through our feelings of competitiveness, inadequacy, rejection, and comparison. These are known as low-frequency thoughts. They can become habitual and make us operate at a lower frequency.

When you have loving thoughts, your emotions shift and your energy changes. Feeling these high-

frequency emotions enables us to resonate at a higher frequency. This is known as realigning with the Universe. You can begin doing this by simply being grateful for what you already have and being open to creative possibilities for abundance. By thinking joyful and loving thoughts, we naturally attract more of those things into our life. But the more we have fearful thoughts, the less we can consciously create space for solutions.

How can I feel joyful and loving when I am sad and depressed? It takes practice to learn how to manifest good things in your life. When we are feeling lowfrequency emotions, it can seem impossible to shift our mindset out of an energetic slump. The best way to start is by becoming consciously aware of your thoughts. When you recognise yourself feeling low-frequency emotions like fear, anxiety, guilt, shame and depression, try remembering all the things that you already have that you can be grateful for. By doing this seemingly small thing, you can make the necessary shift that will start to produce more positive and higher-frequency emotions. Ask yourself, “are my thoughts in alignment with joy”?

Some Steps to help you welcome more Conscious Manifesting into your life 1. Have a Vision: It will make it possible for the Universe to align with your visualisations. If you do not have a vision of what you want, the Universe cannot deliver. 2. Have Desire: Your Vision needs energy to make it happen. When you visualise, allow higher-frequency emotions like joy, optimism and excitement to fuel your manifestation. 3. Have Clear Intentions: By focussing on your vision, you are creating a clear path for your desires to be actualised. Be clear, like a laser beam, with what you want. If you are unsure, then ask for a sign. 4. Keep a Journal: Write down your Vision, with all the details, and be open to receiving guidance and answers from the Universe. Write down what you already appreciate about your life. 5. Take Time: Meditate, adopt a mantra, and think about what you intend to manifest. Set a special time, every day, for consciously aligning your thoughts. 6. Believe that you are Deserving: You must believe that you are worthy of your desires. You cannot manifest your desires if you don’t believe they can happen, or that you deserve them. 7. Practice Acceptance: Trust that you will manifest what you want. Do not doubt. Accept the truth that you are already manifesting. Leave the rest to the Universe, and have faith. 8. Choose Positivity: Actively choose to see light in the darkness. It’s always possible. Practice thinking positively. 9. Have a mindset of Abundance: Believe there is enough for everyone, and celebrate the successes of others. Appreciate the small things. 10. Align your Actions: Do things that support your Vision and facilitate the changes you want to see. Do the actions you can right now to support your Vision. 11. Relinquish Control: Once you relinquish your power to the Universe, you must have the patience that your Vision will eventuate. You cannot try to control this process, other than using these skills of conscious manifesting.

To manifest our desires, our intentions mustn’t be ego-driven. We must have a true desire to elevate our soul and a willingness to act in service. Who do you want to be in this lifetime? If the potential is there for you to bring more light and positivity into the world, then the Universe will work with you to make that happen. Choose realistic thoughts that you truly believe in. This will keep you aligned. Trust that the Universe will deliver what you want. Consciously choose to feel joy and love. These high-frequency emotions will keep you aligned with the Universe and, like a magnet, will attract more and more joy and love into your life. This will be noticeable through the people, situations, outcomes, circumstances and emotions you attract. The more low-level energy frequencies you experience daily, in the shape of pain and negativity, the more you are projecting and attracting the same in return. It all begins with your thoughts. Your thoughts are what have the power to create the transformation you want to see in your life. You always have a choice. By consciously choosing what you want then you can bring about change. And with change, comes miraculous transformation. The Universe always delivers.Â

We are all being triggered in different ways due to our belief systems, trauma, the environmental factors that we grew up with, and the ones we currently have in our lives. There is a deep need to feel safe physically, mentally, and spiritually. And it’s especially important during these unpredictable and unprecedented times, where fear and uncertainty are at the forefront of the collective on a global scale. So what can we do to help ourselves? Protecting your aura/energy and instilling firm boundaries is the key. Just as we protect our physical bodies, we also have to protect and take care our energetic bodies. Your aura is your energetic field, which surrounds all of you. When you keep it clear, it helps protect your energy and also raises your vibration and/or frequency.

Here are some techniques that can help to clear your energy Going for a swim or having a bath with epsom salts or sea salt.

C leansing yourself and your home with white

sage, palo santo, cedar or any other plant/herb that resonates with you. When sageing your home, pay close attention to the corners and behind doors where stagnant energy builds. Due to the smoke released during this process, you may want to remove the batteries from your smoke alarms. Once finished, you may want to leave your home for about an hour. Open the windows upon your return to allow fresh air and new energy into your home. Don’t forget to replace the batteries in your smoke alarms too!

M editation. This releases stresses and

doesn’t allow them to continue building up in your nervous system. If your mind is not quiet, that is perfectly fine. Just allow the thoughts to come and go. When it comes to meditation, a shallow dive is always better than no dive at all.

earing protective crystals that are grounding and protect against negativity. My favourites are hematite, black tourmaline and pyrite. You can also place them around your home, or do a crystal grid with a specific intention. But be mindful of crystals placed on your bedside table. Grounding crystals are best suited for this.

S pend time alone and in nature to recharge.

Touch the earth, the trees, kick off your shoes and socks and feel the earth beneath your feet to ground yourself. Envision your energy going into the Mother Earth and then her energy entering and filling you on the inside. Do this in a cyclical manner.

L

isten to your intuition. Many are looking for connections through devices and social media. All of this is external. Take time to go internally and connect with yourself and your intuition. What are you feeling? Acknowledge your emotions and what is happening within. Build that connection and trust with yourself.

L isten to uplifting music. Sing! Dance! Try

some vibrational music such as 432hz and 528hz. Listen to high frequency sounds, singing bowls or chant a mantra.

B urn incense or use an oil burner with your favourite essential oils.

B ook a healing session. This will help to

address your triggers and clear any blocks, emotions, mental health issues and traumas, just to name a few. Many healers do remote/ distant energy healing, which can be just as powerful as one done in person. I speak from my own personal experience as a Healer, and also as one who receives both personal and distant healings.

E xercise daily and keep hydrated. Moving

your physical body helps move stagnant energy, stresses and also keeps your energy flowing. During stressful times, our automatic response is to be in a state of ‘fight or flight’. Our organs go into overdrive, especially our kidneys and adrenal glands. Keeping yourself hydrated is super beneficial for these organs and your overall wellbeing.

P

ractice gratitude and faith. You can do this through prayer, meditation, positive affirmations or even start a gratitude diary. A few minutes in the morning and then again at night can do wonders as it directly connects you to your heart.

The following are some suggestions to help with your awareness when creating boundaries Pay attention to what drains your energy and limit or avoid those things, places or people.

I t’s ok to say ‘no’ to people. Sometimes you

need to put yourself first. If you struggle with this or feel guilty saying no, you can gently let people know that ‘now is not a good time’. If your respect yourself and your time, others will learn to do the same.

L et go of things you cannot control.

Sometimes things are completely out of our control, or at times situations have to run their course. Allow them to do so and find the lessons in the journey. Many times the lesson itself is to let go of control.

K

eep your faith larger that your fears. Do not allow fear to consume you, as it will trump most positive emotions and beliefs. No matter how bad things seem, most are temporary. It is important to have faith in yourself and that all will be well.

Don’t feed the negativity. You can do this by not engaging, whether it is a conversation, an online chat or a person. Just observe and/or remove yourself from the negative source.

Therefore, applying these to your life moves and shifts your energy to a higher vibration. This will help you be and feel more centred and focused. It will bring clarity and allow you to stand in your own personal power.

The R itual of Letting Go

A 6-step ritual to help you let go of the old, and prepare yourself to welcome in the new. by Kim Bleeze What’s that saying…? “All good things come to an end?” Although true to some extent, it can also be challenging when change happens, or something ends. When a relationship, job, experience, behaviour, way of being, or current phase of life ends, letting go can be a little tough for some. And that’s especially true if those things have held meaning in our life at some point. It’s hard, even when we know that the change may be for the best. Learning to let go of what doesn’t belong in our life; the pain, the hurt, the loss, the old thinking and who we used to identify ourselves with, is an important aspect of moving forward towards a more rewarding life. Whether that is feeling a certain way, a relationship that needs to change, that job you just lost or the career path you wish to change. Energetically, letting go of it is really important. It creates room for the universe to deliver an upgraded version of what we need and what we wish to manifest in our in life right now. Then when we create ritual around that, the letting go process becomes more powerful. This allows us to energetically close the door on what is no longer good for us. It also contributes to the energy of new beginnings that are more worthy of our focus, time, and attention. So, I’ve created this ‘Letting Go Ritual’ to make it easier for you to find release in all things that need to go. Like all the things that need to change or be removed from your life completely. Exciting, right? Well I hope so, because by saying yes to this ritual, you are also saying yes to opening the door and making room for all the new and amazing stuff that is coming your way. Especially the bits that are related to living your soul purpose, because there has never been a better time to reconnect to what your soul already knows.

So, what will you need? A candle and something to light it with. An empty flame-proof bowl or container. Writing paper and pen. A sacred and energetically clean space. 37 Fierce Truths Magazine


The Ritual Step 1.. Set Up Your Space Go ahead and set your space up in a manner that resonates with you. You will need your items to be placed to the front of you and in reach. So give thought to this as you lay out your space or room. I personally like to place cushions on the floor and sit on these with an altar in front of me! Just as long as it feels physically and energetically comfortable to you.

Step 2.. Intent and Presence Take a moment to just breathe and settle into your space. Once you feel settled, go ahead and welcome in the intent of what you want this ritual to achieve. Continue breathing in that energy and intent and allow that to ground you in staying present in the moment.

Step 3.. Lighting the Candle When you are in ritual, there is purposeful action in every moment and in every action. So, now that it is time to begin, light the candle with presence and intent for what you are creating. Continue focusing on your breath. Breathe deeply in and out as you stare into the flame. Allow yourself to reach a state of inner peace and tranquillity as you surrender to the sacredness of ritual.

Step 4.. Writing Take your writing paper and pen and write down everything you wish to release. That’s right get it all out! Keep going until you have thoroughly gotten it all off your chest. You are the only one who will see this so be honest, real, and raw. Allow yourself to express and release any emotion that comes up too.

I love this step. Burning in ritual is an ancient remedy of release! Begin by saying these words: “I let go and release all that no longer belongs in my life”, or whatever words resonate for you personally. Take your written-on-paper and light a corner of it making sure it is well lit. Then place it in the fire-proof bowl and watch it burn as you continue to pray your commitment of letting go to the universe.

Step 6.. Final Release You have just released an immense amount of stagnate energy from your life. So it is important to shake this off. You can do this by rubbing your hands together and then separately shaking them. Or, as I love to do, get up and move your whole body and/or dance and shake it off that way. Exercise and Healing: A Perfect Match Hi there! If you read the July issue of Fierce Truths Magazine, you already know that fitness is my thing. But there is more to me than just fitness. I like to combine health and wellbeing to help women heal from traumas, insecurities, low self-confidence, and low self-esteem. First and foremost, you need to realise that your lives are full of events that you will not expect and at times cannot control. But you can play an active role in determining how you respond to these challenges. In my own life, I call this “exercise and healing – the perfect match.” You see, the benefits of exercise go beyond the development of who we are and who we can become. Exercise helps with the recovery, growth and strengthening of our bodies, and also, our mental and emotional life.

Not Moving Your Body: So what happens to our bodies when we do not move them for a long period of time? Simple and easy: Our bodies will shut down. Your muscles weaken and lose bulk. This includes the muscles you need for breathing and the larger muscles in your legs and arms. You become breathless, and eventually even the simple tasks will be difficult.

The Healing Benefits: A way to healing your body is through physical movement: yes, exercise. There is nothing that truly compares to exercise. Exercise is a preventative measure that can help you maintain your general fitness and keep excess weight at bay. Of course, always check with your doctor before you begin any exercise training. Exercise also has a vast range of healing influences on the body. These influences can assist you to overcome low self-esteem, low

self-confidence and, in my life experiences, help heal trauma! Trauma can be physical and/or mental abuse and depression.

Physical Exercise: Becoming an Olympic athlete doesn’t happen overnight, nor will your body reap the rewards overnight that you may desire. But, when you make exercise a priority, it becomes part of your daily lifestyle. This may sound like a big challenge, but it’s not as big a leap as you may think. Here’s what I want you to do: Choose a form of exercise that you would enjoy and has variety. Something that will keep you motivated and help you to stick to your goals. Having clear goals will help you gauge your progress and stay motivated. Some options that come to mind are - boxing, yoga, dance, running, hiking, or cardio, to name a few, and I want you to be ‘fully there’. Being ‘fully there’ will prevent injuries, will stimulate a desire to be better, will build strong bones and muscles, improve circulation and

will influence and pave a path to assist in emotional healing. Do remember, physical exercise is an act of self-care and not selfdestruction. Physical exercise can set you up for a lifetime of better health, more happiness, more energy and who knows, maybe even a better sex life.

Exercise plays a big part in emotional healing. The healing and strengthening happens because of the movement in your body. Exercise creates new thoughts, new experiences, and thinking in new ways. Once your mind is in motion, you can take control over negative or repetitive thoughts. Exercise has a powerful effect on our mental health, as it is a natural antidepressant. Yes, exercise can be a powerful tool in overcoming pain or injury. Again, I recommend that you speak with your Doctor before commencing any exercise training. Exercise assists with the improvement of self-image, body confidence and hormonal balance. These are all

components that contribute to emotional strength. I am the proof in the pudding. Consistent, focused exercise has healed the physical and mental abuse that was inflicted on me as a child, teenager and adult. I found that my passion is Muay Thai Kickboxing. I became so dedicated to this sport, which in turn made me stronger not only physically but mentally too.

Channel Pain into Creativity: If you find that you are not into physical activity, or can’t exercise safely, art therapy like writing, painting, drawing, music or some sort of craft activity is a way to help release these insecurities and engage both your mind and body.

This is also a great way to awaken the imagination, talent, and skills that you may have. It can unlock your fears and insecurities and push you toward picking up a paintbrush or a camera. Art therapy can ignite the passion to create something of beauty and importance, and who knows who you may inspire.

Final Note: Trust in the capabilities of your body and be gentle to yourself. After all, you are the one who must live in your body for a long time.

Re-Think Your Way Into Joyous Living Hello family! I am delighted to share my experience with you about making healthy changes regarding how we think about ourselves, others and the world. There has never been a greater need for selfaware, empowered sisters and brothers who are radiating their light and love in the world.

L et’s face it, most people I know are waking up and trying to recover from SOMETHING in their lives. It’s important to understand that anytime we experience trauma or negativity, it affects how we think and feel about ourselves, others and the world. So let’s spend some time together in self-reflection. I had to do a thorough spiritual house cleaning before the sunlight of the Spirit could begin to shine through me. There was a lot of work to eliminate the dis-ease that I found within myself. It’s so easy for me

to become distracted by the wrongdoings of others -- to point the “finger” and pass judgment. Or I can be co-dependently focused on “helping others” in order to feel better about my damaged self. My ugly truth is that I used to be quite smug about proclaiming my righteousness and criticising the shortcomings of others. I actually liked to feel annoyed and angry. It gave me a false sense of superiority. Today, I know that anger is a drug that I picked up. It made me feel powerful when I was feeling power-less in areas of my life. You see, my fragile

ego actually needed to be “right” about everything. A spiritual advisor once asked me: “Scott, do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy?” I thought: “What a stupid question. Of course, I want to be RIGHT!”

“Do you want to be right, or do you want to be happy?” Regrettably, being “right” rarely leads us to the experience of happiness. It separates us from others instead of drawing us closer to our brothers and sisters. The result of always being “right” is ultimately, loneliness. We need to turn our attention inwards on ourselves if we

Oh, that was very difficult for me! I was taught to “pull myself up by my boot-straps” and keep propelling myself forward by the force of my own self-will.

And just to be completely transparent: My willingness to do self-work has never been motivated by virtue. It wasn’t like I thought: “Hmm. It’s a rainy Saturday and I have nothing to do, so I think I’ll unpack the overwhelming existential pain of being me”. Pain has always been my prime motivator. My spiritual advisor says that I never see the light; instead, I always feel the heat.

want to live happily in the world with others who have different ideologies and opinions. We must be the change within our own selves that we want to see in the world, before we can move out and truly make a difference for others and the planet.

“We must be the change within our own selves that we want to see in the world.” How do we find our way out of that old stuff that haunts us, defines our identities and warps our perception? In my experience, I needed to start

I only make healing progress when the pain of staying stuck is greater than my fear of looking at myself. I wanted to use the power of my intellect to solve all of my problems. I did not understand that my head was full of dis-eased ideas and warped core beliefs about myself, others and the world. It’s important for you to name that loud, negative, critical and judging voice that may be in your head. Then let’s develop a dialogue with that negative persona, because that voice is not who you really are. I call mine Phyllis. She’s an 80-year-old cranky retiree who lives in a dirty caravan out in the desert. She chain-smokes unfiltered Camel cigarettes. Phyllis is ALWAYS complaining about something or someone. She is afraid of everything and everyone. Who is your critical voice? Now that you have named that toxic voice in your head, let’s continue our self-reflection exercise by saying a prayer like this: “Dear Loving Universe (even if you don’t believe that today): I am sick and tired of feeling sick and tired. I am willing to acknowledge and change the old stories that I tell myself and others. Please help me to choose a different way to relate to my life and the world.” Of course, this language is completely optional. Use whatever words work for you. But the key is to express willingness to ask for help and wisdom from outside of yourself.

Dis-eased thinking: Understand your self-centred fears. Freeing yourself from your personal darkness and moving forward with your life often requires a radical re-think of your core thoughts and beliefs. For me, I had to understand that my dis-ease resides in my mind. It is not caused by my boyfriend, a vodka bottle or a packet of TimTams. I was taught that all of my pain and “bad” behaviour was the result of taking action based on two deeply imbedded selfcentred fears: 1. Fear that I am going to lose what I have. 2. Fear that I am not going to get what I want. Sometimes, you can experience both fears at the same time. For instance, as a young gay kid I was terrified that I was not going to find a place where I could feel safe and be accepted for who I really was. As a self-actualised adult, I still have unreasonable fears that I could lose my money, my health, or my partner. Phyllis tells me that I’m not going to be able to support myself as a healer or find community with other healers. Friends in recovery programs remind me that these fears are like termites that devour the foundations of any life that we try and build for ourselves. What are your self-centred fears? Write them down, sit with them for a few days, and then reflect on them again. You can also share your fears with a trusted friend or advisor. I find that speaking about those fears, even out loud to myself, can provide clarity and often takes away a lot of their power. Now that we have some ideas about our fears, we can begin to practice discernment. When we feel triggered in a situation, it is critically important for us to stop, pause and reflect. Inevitably, we will find that one or both of these self-centred fears are present in the moment. Then we can choose to take action or respond from a much more self-aware perspective.

OUR EVOLUTIONARY HOME IS NATURE The call of the wild exists in our bones and our blood. It sits in our limbic system and our cellular memory; a visceral understanding waiting to be unfurled, brought to the surface and set into motion. The call of the wild by design was, and is, an innate deep thread that links us back to the beginning. It links us back to how our ancestors held knowledge of the plants, animals, season and cycles. Back to the Mitochondrial Eve, our one common female ancestor. We share DNA with plants; they are literally our first ancestors. We have co-evolved with their medicine and food offerings, so why are we so disconnected from the deep nourishment that’s readily available to us?

We all share the same breath; we are exchanging oxygen and carbon dioxide with the natural world constantly. You could say we share that same breath with one another, as if we are one fluid energetic self-regulating organism, a collective microbiome of human evolution. I feel in the time we are in right now, we have been conditioned to be separate from the whole. We are separated through the exchange of our breath with one another, the aloha, the life force, being seen as a violator in the global narrative. Right now is such a potent and important time for us to be surrounded by the natural world. It’s so important to make time to walk into a forest or green space. We need to deeply breathe in the terpenes released from the trees to stimulate our immune cells, and to interact with the symbiotic energy exchange from our botanical allies. The land is an old wise ancestor. She wants to know us, observe us, have a relationship with us. She holds codes and sacred knowledge from the wisdom keepers and medicine people that have walked the story lines before us. She wants us to sing to her, touch her, tell her story.

Find a special spot outside in a green space. It can be your garden, a local park, an area close to a waterway or a forest near your home. Choose a place that you can easily access on a regular basis.

human evolution. This is a way to create a reality where we are not separate or dissonant from one another or from the great mother. When we deny the feminine wild that is part of each and every soul that walks this earth journey, we suppress one of our greatest birthrites. That we are deeply rooted into her. She will never abandon us. She asks us to look to the elements. The water teaches us about flow and emotional expression. The wind teaches us about movement and allowing. The fire teaches us about transformation and cleansing. And the earth teaches us about creativity and love. We yearn to be without limits. We want to sing and dance, as equals side by side, sharing the one breath in the wild ways of our own making.

Make this spot familiar to you. Develop an intimate relationship with the land, a tree, the plants that live and breath in this green space. Create a bond, a friendship with this space, and make time each day to visit this spot. Each time you approach this spot, do so mindfully with reverence. Take a little offering with you: a few dried rose petals, a little cacao, even just a prayer or a little song. Get comfortable and settle yourself in the space. Breathe deeply and relax into your body. Feel yourself dropping into the now moment, just you and the nature environment. Set an intention to connect with the natural world around you. Let go of any distractions from your day. Tune into what you can see, feel, smell, hear, taste. Focus on the experience of being in the moment with the natural world. Allow your childlike curiously to wander, to ponder and explore what it all feels like in relation to you, and you to your surroundings. Take a journal along and write down any feelings or insights. Draw pictures. Ask if it’s ok to collect any offerings like a leaf or a cone, a flower, with thanks. Take the offerings home for your altar. When you’re ready to leave: give gratitude with words, a song, a prayer and say farewell to the space, the tree, plants, land, the spirit of the place. Let them know you will be back again soon. Because for most of us, me included up until maybe 12 years ago, we are simply not living true to our souls’ purpose. So this month I’d like to touch on how important it is for you to listen to that call your heart may be receiving right now. Not only for yourself, but for those that you are here to touch in some way too. Because whether you believe it or not, you are here to show up and help this world be a better place. Whether that be on a smaller scale and confined to your family unit. Or perhaps to the thousands or millions of people needing to hear your message. But I am sure you’ve been feeling that yourself for a while now too, am I right? Even if it is just coming across as hope or wishful thinking? That there is more to you? More to your life? More to all the pain you’ve possibly travelled through? More to the world that you’ve become accustomed to seeing up until now? You are right. The answer is yes to all of the above as we are so much more than our human conditioning has schooled us for. Each of us together have the answers the world is looking for, but that answer needs to emerge from deep within ourselves first. But what does this actually mean for you? Well, the world as we know it is changing. And although this has been foreseen by lightworkers and prophets for many years, it doesn’t make the change, this shift, any less challenging. But in short, you were born for these times, and you were born to help navigate us through it. And right now it is needed, you are needed. Even if that is only in the smallest way, it doesn’t matter because each role is as important as the next. Where

we need to each start though is with self-actualization. What that means is learning to accept how amazing you are. What your strengths are, what your natural gifts are, and allowing yourself to be immersed in your heart’s passion and life’s purpose. For what you are feeling called to do with your life, without allowing fear to hold you back. Because what you are feeling called to do with your life is how you will do your part and contribute to the greater good. Whether you believe it right now or not. That comes directly from you soul, calling you up to be of service. To your family, your friends, and on the whole, to humanity. This call begins by first leading you towards a truer version of yourself and your sovereignty. This is to strengthen your voice so you can freely share your message, help you unlock your own power and deeply connect to your natural abilities, and gifts you were born with. Better preparing you to honour your path because all of our service is what the world needs right now. How does this work exactly? Well, it can begin like this… 1. You begin to feel a stirring deep in your heart telling you that there needs to be more to your life, that you need to be more in your life. Much like I mentioned above. 2. You get curious about this and keep following that thread. This could look like studying something you are interested in, deciding to walk a different path, or to connect to a certain person. It could be anything. Just make sure you listen and follow where you are being led. You just don’t know where it could lead you. 3. You start to realise how you would like to make an impact to the world in some way by sharing your skillset. This could be strengths that you’ve always known you’ve had, or perhaps new skills. 4. You start to make choices that allow you to share your magic and message with the world, regardless of how small or how big that is. You will start contributing to the changes you wish to see in the world. 5. You feel alive with purpose which will inspire you and give you more confidence to create impact. You will be a light for others to follow. Getting to this place, is you living divinely aligned with your souls’ purpose. It is what your heart is waiting for, and it is what the world is waiting from you too. Even though you may not feel up to the task sometimes, and there will be many of those days. We’ve all had them, and we will most certainly have many more. It is all part of the human experience. But your soul gifted you with strength and power to accomplish the things you need to do in order to live up to the best version of yourself. And I know you can do it, and remember, you are not alone because you are constantly surrounded by the support you need in every way. So with the world changing so much, let your soul soar. We need you.

She has moved on from letting things like this bother her. I feel she wants more than anything for your heart to find peace and I know she comes around you often to help you and surround you with strength and love.
