BARISI 42 acres of vacant land in Corpus Christi, Texas serve as the home of Barisi Village, a Portofino-styled, mixed-use development that includes singlefamily, multifamily, and commercial spaces. An additional 85 acres provide parking, tennis, green space, a lake, and a nine-hole golf course. The project sits at the center of a growing university and residential corridor that has seen significant development in recent years with the completion of Momentum Village at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

NORTH BEACH Historically known as Rincon Point, North Beach is the hidden jewel of Corpus Christi, Texas. At the far north end of the city on the El Rincon peninsula, North Beach is surrounded by Corpus Christi Bay and Nueces Bay. The Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington are located there along with the Corpus Christi Beachwalk, a 10foot-wide sidewalk running parallel to the 1.5-mile-long beach. Blackard Global, Inc. is acquiring land for current and future development projects.

KASTELWOLF Situated along the I-35 corridor in Georgetown, Texas, Kastelwolf Village is a proposed mixed-use development project featuring a luxury hotel coupled with independent living, multifamily, medical, office, and retail space. Georgetown led the nation as the fastest growing U.S. city with 50,000 people or more. Its population increased by 7.8 percent, to almost 64,000, from July 2014 to July 2015. Georgetown is part of the Austin-Round Rock metro area, which crossed the 2 million mark for the first time last year.

MONTELLAGO A hidden strip of land in League City, Texas provides the perfect setting for Montellago. League City, part of the Houston-The Woodlands–Sugar Land metropolitan area, surpassed Galveston as Galveston County's largest city between the years 2000 and 2005 with a tremendous population increase. The city is home to several waterside resorts popular with residents of nearby Houston. Montellago will be a mixed-use development, utilizing NeoRetroism as the guide for its design and buildout.
