INTRODUCTION To the Hopi Tribal Housing Authority and its Executive Director Mr. Stan Pahe, we at SWX Global Design & Production are pleased to present this document entitled “The Roadmap.” This document was created as a response to the recent meeting in Las Vegas with the Hopi Tribal Housing Authority team, Mr. Mark Flinn of SWX and Mr. J.D. Lee of the JDL Group, our design / development teaming partner. The Roadmap serves as a precursor to your upcoming RFP for a two-home pilot housing project and future community development. SWX and JDL are both registered companies in the State of Texas. SWX specializes in the modular construction of livable units that are prefabricated, shipped, assembled, and finished on site. JDL specializes in concept visualization, architectural design, civil and Structural engineering, and end-to-end real estate development. Texas, like few other states, has seen a consistent rise in new construction, even in the face of a global pandemic. We can do what cannot be done in many other states. You can be confident

If you wish to visit the facility where your modular home(s) is being built, please feel free to contact SWX to schedule a visit. If you see something that concerns you or if you decide to make a change, contact us as soon as possible, verbally as well as in writing. Before closing, you will have a final walk-through inspection of the house to make sure that all work was completed and done properly according to the PA. During the walk-through, you can make a “punch list” of any items that will need to be completed or fixed prior to completion and final transfer. SWX will provide a preprinted punch list to record any workmanship issues, if any. The following pricing estimate is an approximation and not guaranteed, due to the rapidly changing cost of materials in the marketplace. The estimate is based on information provided from the end user regarding project requirements. Actual cost may change based on material / labor costs at the time of construction, and once all project elements have been finalized or negotiated. Exclusions include site work, foundations, landscaping, furnishings, and other items not listed in the pricing analysis. All ranges quoted are factored with +/- 10% differential in mind.
