WELCOME TO THE TEXAS HOMEFRONT The Texas Homefront Magazine is the realization of our dream. Our goal is to create a publication that highlights area businesses and their owners, while giving local homeowners a fun, creative and informative magazine to help them build, buy, design, landscape and create their dream home! Our articles will primarily be written by the local leaders and experts in these fields. The Texas Homefront will be distributed to target areas in Frisco, Prosper, McKinney and surrounding areas. Readership in the early issues will be approximately 30,000 and our goal is to reach upwards of 50,000 readers by the end of 2012! Frisco and McKinney were named the two fastest growing cities in the United States, and with that growth, our area businesses have unlimited potential to succeed and thrive. With median incomes in these areas averaging from $72,000 in McKinney, $109,000 in Frisco, and $111,000 in Prosper, we know that people living in our area have the means to utilize your products and services. We are your voice and your link inside their homes to showcase all of the greatness you have to offer! We would love to invite you to join our family of advertisers. Although we are a new publication, we have over 20 years of construction, financial and marketing experience, and want to ensure that our local entrepreneurs are successful. Our goal is to provide advertisers in our area an affordable avenue to get and keep their name in the public eye for a long period of time, and to allow them to associate themselves with a quality publication, that showcases

Any artwork deemed as unacceptable will require a re-design and will incur a one-time set-up fee of $149 for Ads ½ pg and under, and Ads over ½ page will incur a one-time set-up fee of $199 per ad. Any ad or article which requires an embedded hyperlink, pin, action, etc. is subject to a fee of $25 per item. Any creative work outside of the scope listed above will require a special consultation for pricing.

Rates: Introductory Pricing rates are based on contracts signed on or before October 31, 2012. Rate Protection: Rate increases will be announced at least 60 days prior to taking effect. Advertisers will continue at their contract rate through the length of the contract, regardless of any rate increases during that period. Approval: All Advertising is subject to the publisher’s approval, and the publisher reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, insertion order, space reservation, or position commitment at any time, with or without notice to the advertiser, and whether or not such advertising was previously acknowledged, accepted or published. Acceptance of advertisement by the publisher shall in no way constitute endorsement by the publisher or the magazine for the contents of the advertisement or the product or service advertised. Advertisements that, in the opinion of the publisher, have the look of the magazine editorial copy will be marked “Advertisement”.

Ad Position: Exact position of advertisement, except premium placement, is at the discretion of The Texas Homefront and the publisher will not be bound by any condition appearing on insertion orders or copy instructions that conflict with the provisions of this contract/rate card. Materials: Written confirmation of material corrections is required by closing date. If an advertiser fails to provide required material to meet deadlines of the issue in which space has been ordered, one of two actions will be taken: (1) The last published advertisement available will be repeated, or (2) If no advertisement is available, the space will be forfeited. In either case, the advertiser will be billed for the space reserved. Advertising materials will be stored for 12 months and will then be discarded unless otherwise requested by the advertiser. Payment Policy: All advertisers must prepay their advertisement by the advertising deadline. Multiple issue contracts can either be paid in full or per issue. If paying in full, the entire contract amount is due by the first advertising deadline. If paying per issue, the cost per insertion is due by that issue’s advertising deadline. Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in writing no later than 30 days prior to that issue’s advertising deadline. After that, the advertiser is responsible for 100% payment of ad space for that issue pursuant to the contract. Limits of Liability: The liability of the publisher for any error for which it may be held legally responsible will not exceed the cost of the space ordered or occupied by the error. The publisher specifically assumes no liability for errors in key numbers. The publisher will not, in any event, be liable for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of income or profits.
