Welcome to FIGJAM Magazine Vol.12 We are delighted to welcome you to FIGJAM Magazine Vol.12. It is our birthday issue. 2 year anniversary issue of FIGJAM Magazine. 2 years full of great editorials, and challenges to make every issue special. Looking back, we are grateful to everyone who have supported our journey so far. We could not have done it without all you amazing photographers out there. FIGJAM Magazine keeps growing, we are getting more editorials, and we can now be more selective about what is right for us. We are slowly but surely getting more followers on social media to. So 2 years in, we have done a lot of reflecting over the past 12 issues. We have many fantastic memories and many proud moments. As Editor of the magazine, I have had the pleasure of singlehandedly deciding what was found suitable for FIGJAM. Things have not always been easy though. Covid slowed down the number of shoots massively, and we had to work even harder to produce our great magazine. Luckily our amazing contributors have never let us down. Amongst the brightest moments during the last two years was our commissioned shoot in Thailand, with Natalia Pichuhina (Cover story of FIGJAM Magazine Vol.3, and the commisioning of Cover story in FIGJAM Magazine Vol.11, shot by he amazing Marc Evans on our brief entirely.

FIGJAM Magazine Vol.12 also represents the last volume with myself as editor of the magazine. The magazine is changing ownership and editorial team after this anniversary issue. It is not a coincidence that Natalia Pichuhina graces the cover of FIGJAM Magazine once again. She was the Cover story of our VERY first volume, as well as the Cover story on Vol.3, and of course it was an obviously salute to thank her for contributions to several FIGJAM Magazines by commissioning her for the cover story for our anniversary volume. A fashion story taking us back to the 90ties, shot by the talented Cody McGibbon in Los Angeles. Although it has not always been easy, Natalia have always made herself available to shoot for FIGJAM MAGAZINE, and some of her many editorials in FIGJAM have been shot in Milan, London, Istanbul, Phi Phi Island and now the latest one was shot in Los Angeles. Thank you Natalia for your huge contribution to FIGJAM Magazine and always taking time to fit us into your busy schedule no matter where in the World you have been. Thank you for all the memories and the good times . Anyhow, FIGJAM Magazine will now be handed over to a new owner and a new editor, but it will as far as we know still be taking submissions from all our great photographers.

I, the editor, steps down, and hand it over to the new owners with a great sense of achievement, and I personally feel the magazine is in good hands for the future. Thank you EVERYONE for your great support, it would not have been possible without every single one of you. We are also grateful to our regular advertisers, Skin Sisters, Anika Chauhan Make Up Artist, and the crochet designer Tina Welsh. Thank ~The EDITOR. you for your continuing support.
