We have some exciting news to share with you all. FLEXAFIT® has expanded our program Canada-wide and has partnered with Skate Canada Nova Scotia and Skate Canada Newfoundland & Labrador to offer our unique, fun and effective online off-ice training program!

We have had quite the challenging year. In the effort of maintaining a community, perhaps an even bigger community than we’ve had before, through online training, we are surprised and very happy to be seeing bigger and better connections among our skaters. flexafit.com info@flexafit.com

Our sport specific off-ice training program is completely customizable and follow a weekly plan to progress the skaters in achieving measurable targets for each training period. Skate Canada clubs have the options of choosing from a variety of classes ranging from specialized jump technique classes, and dance to flexibility and plyometrics - all of which are so important in maintaining skaters’ office training.

Simply put, our online training programs have proven themselves to work, are very cost effective for the skaters, bring tremendous value, and most importantly are fun!
