Happy New Year 2022! ... and for us in Northern North America: Brrrr! It sure is cold here in Ontario Canada, although not the coldest. Alberta so far comes in as number one for freezing with temperatures of -55 degrees Celsius in 2022! I guess our Australian, Thai and southern skaters have nothing to complain about weather-wise! Although all this cold allows for some fun outdoor skating on rinks across Canada and the U.S., a welcome substitute especially for those skaters who have had indoor rinks closed due to Covid restrictions.

Hang in there everyone, we will get through this together! We have online group classes and private training virtually awaiting you if you have yet to try our amazing program!

We are pleased to announce that Signe will be returning to teach her Jump Technique Class for those who are working on their doubles or higher.

This online live and interactive class will run

Tuesdays 7:00 PM - 7:45 PM EST

(Toronto/New York time zone)

starting Tuesday, February 8 - March 8.

The class will be structured as a 5-week commitment series. Cost for the 5 weeks is $150*. Please email book@flexafit to reserve your spot at the special cost of $150. Drop ins are always welcome at $35 per class. *tax not included

What an amazing event this will be! Skaters will have second to none on ice and off ice training from our very own Signe Ronka, joined by Frank Caroll, Chris Conte. Skaters attending 2022 Train with the Best Elite Summer Camp will have the opportunity to book 20 minute private lessons with Frank Carroll, Chris Conte and Signe Ronka along with NSA's elite coaching team. This challenging week will no doubt bring about some incredible results in attending skaters. You could be one of them!

I joined the Flexafit virtual class (Off-Ice jumps for Adults with Jessie) for the first time today and just wanted to drop you a quick note to say it was really awesome.

Jessie was super nice with helping me catch up to the routines and gave me a lot of tips to work on. I should mention that this was my first time doing off-ice jumps after injuring my ankle the last time I did them (I'm all recovered now) and I was a bit nervous but this class really helped build up my confidence with them again.
