Half-way through summer already? Say it isn’t so! Hopefully our whole skating community is able to catch some of that summer sun and relaxation. For those of you starting your winter in Australia, well …. It can’t be as cold as it gets in Canadian or US winters right? In any case we are sure many of you are working hard in the off season training, prepping, setting goals and maybe struggling a bit with rink closing and reopening schedules. We have had such a positive experience with skaters from Australia and Europe, we would like to make special mention of our online class schedule that suits the time zone change between us. Here are what we offer for all of you across the globe.

just dance! Did you know Dance technique is extremely important to a well-rounded skater’s training program? All skate champions incorporate dance training into their schedules. Why? Because it adds a beauty and grace to the skater on ice that no other training can match. Dance helps to refine movements and bring a softness to facial muscles resulting in a beautiful to watch routine. Jumps and strength and flexibility are equally important for sure, but don’t leave out Dance if you want to wow the judges at your next competition.
