For most of us in the northern hemisphere it’s been cold! Really cold! Our skaters all over the world where winter is warmer and sunny may have been having nicer weather, but have been just as challenged with rotating lockdowns – one thing the globe has had in common this winter.
It has certainly been difficult and frustrating for our skaters. Yet we are seeing so many of you meet and exceed your winter training goals and we celebrate you for keeping things positive during these times!

FLEXAFIT LEVEL 1 CERTIFICATION COURSE APRIL, 2021 Are you eager to have your club and trainers stand out in the crowd and discover your full potential with off- ice training? Do you want to be part of a program that is unmatched anywhere in the world? Look no further than our Level 1 Certification Fundamentals Course to achieve all this with the most complete skating program structure offered through FLEXAFIT®.
We are gearing up to our final touches on the FLEXAFIT Certification Program for coaches. We have had an amazing outreach from coaches all around the world inquiring about certifying to teach the FLEXAFIT program to their skaters. Coming April 1, coaches will be able to register for our Level 1 certification, where they will learn various forms of training plans, fundamental movement skills to teach, basic anatomy, off ice jump exercises and lots more. If you are a coach or know a coach who wants to teach a more structured planned out training program for their skaters, message us today to sign up for the first certification course. Details will be released soon.
