Here at FLEXAFIT Fall is busy with classes and personal training (online and in studio), seminars and workshops!

We are welcoming Sport Newfoundland who is joining us again for a season of virtual training with jumps and flexibility. This group is truly committed to the sport!

We have also had the pleasure in training Kitchener Skating Club and Leaside Skating Club, not virtually but in person once again!

This has been quite the joyous reunion for both the trainers and skaters.
