Continuous innovation for sustainable business practices is our guiding principle. Through the two years program, we guide and prepare students to meet challenges of corporate work environment. Courses of our program have been structured in a way that first, they build a strong foundation in the major domains of management education and then allow students to develop expertise in the area of their choice. PLACEMENT STATISTICS 2015-17 This year, placements saw more activity towards the end of recruiting cycle because a number of traditional recruiters delayed their recruitment processes in light of demonetization. Consumer durables, logistics, manpower & financial consulting companies, which account for a large number of hiring from FIIB, have also seen their recruitment numbers getting revised because of the same. Other sectors like BFSI & E-Commerce, however, seemed to be reaping from demonetization, with the recruitment numbers of companies like ICICI, Axis, Kotak, HDFC, Federal, etc. showing an upward trend. FIIB’s academic focus is also paying dividends as is apparent from the number of selections in core research specialist profiles, which is higher than previous years. With 59 new recruiters and 55 returning recruiters, FIIB certainly had a spectacular placements season this year.
