Information Technology Sub Product Growth Youth Alliances for IT Purpose: To contribute to the growth of our core Global Internship Program through focused partnership with technical youth organizations. Piloting 15 LC partnerships for 300 EP realizations. Progress: We are exploring partnerships with predominantly European-based youth organizations - BEST, EESTEC, ESTIEM and IEEE. We are piloting a framework with 15 LCs from across a variety of countries to see if we can develop a local model for co-operation with these organizations. LC Stars Network: We defined top 80 LCs (across 5 geographical regions) based on technical EP pool potential of their universities. We have started driving pilots (University Partnerships, Youth Alliances) with this LC Stars network for massive IT EP Raise. [GST: Global LC GIP Pilot Managers are supporting this initiative]. Network will receive this list of LC stars in next quarter. IT market segmentation: After researching and consulting externals, we have concrete recommendations for IT market segmentation based on enterprise size, product nature and EP profile and skills requirement. See it here Global Tech Promo Campaign in Tweeter: We have developed materials and system for technical promotion. It th will start on Oct 19 and last 4 weeks. The goal of the campaign is to attract 5000 Tech Students in ORS. Content will be mainly Videos and photos of AIESEC alumni, partners, and interns relevant with IT sector.

Global ER Principle Revision Pilot Development: AI will pilot with 11 entities across 3 regions for harmonized GIP product packaging and pricing. It will focus on developed markets as well as fast growing markets. Expected results: Growth in GIP raising for current global partners across markets; Growth in GIP sales to prospective global partners across markets Financial Dependency Evaluation: Research into financial dependency on current delivery models in entities heavily involved with current Global Partners Strategy Meeting: Strategy Meeting in Rotterdam in December to evaluate results and propose changes for legislation at IPM 2013.

Develop Sellers for AIESEC Push Short Term Sales Challenges/Campaign to Ensure Sales Intensity: AIESEC International is closely working with 15 entities for the design and progress of their sales challenges/campaigns. We also ensure GCP can be shared in time with the rest of network. Remodel Sales Empowerment Activities: Series of sales empowerment activities were conducted (GIP summit for MCVP and local sales, MCVP individual coaching, MC pipeline tracking, general inputs, global resource sharing) to remodel our message: sales activities need to be tracked, supported and managed. Develop STAR Sales: We highlighted STAR sales to develop our sales capacity. We have been working with countries to improve their national sales structure, design national partnership model and improve the design of their sales campaign to develop STAR sales. (Click here for details) Global Recognition for National Top Sales: The data is collected through SOGA and will be published globally to recognize outstanding sales talents across the network. Top partnership development: We are currently listing top 100 partnerships globally. In next quarter, we will work with them for testimonials, endorsement and product evaluation. We will also track and support for countries to upsell their partnership.

Teaching Sub Product Growth Product clarity: AIESEC International has clarified the definition of teaching GIP internship on IC sub product meeting. Further clarification with example JD will be provided in next quarter. We are also working on specific cases of GIP teaching TN with GCDP nature. Teaching sub product growth network: Through sub product survey, we have identified teaching sub product growth network. Growth network is to facilitate close communication between supply and demand. We aim to solve the misalignment of timeline and duration requirement between supply and demand, to build product credibility through better communication and partnership. A meeting for teaching GIP is scheduled in Nov 2012.
