EXHIBITION STAND DESIGN | 2013 under the guidance of Arq. Paulo Maldonado (PT) and Designer Pedro Silva (PT)
EXHIBITION CONCEPT Integrated in the exhibition Together, Invisible is an exhibition of Jasper Morrison and Naoto Fukasawa that directs attention to objects of daily use, which often go unnoticed. The exhibition features Morrison and Fukasawa objects that follow this conceptual logic. The expository unit follows the idea of invisibility because the exhibit spaces are positioned in such a way to make it impossible for the visitor to establish visual contact with the exposed objects forcing him to explore the exhibition. This exhibition aims to have an interactive character allowing visitors to enjoy the objects allowing the visitor to allowing the visitor to access records of the manufacturing process as well as publications and monographs of Jasper Morrison and Naoto Fukasawa. This exhibition concept is defended by Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa in your sentence: ".. We use everyday objects to a point that they become invisible" (Super Normal, 2006)

LOCKING SYSTEM
MERCHANDISING
DESIGN CONCEPT Waffler is a new concept of street vending. In this project the main objective was to reuse a old trash container to create a point of sale. In order to make the proposal more effective some functional aspects were highlighted. The placement of the storage area thought that this should be transported without the need of remove the stored items, also the closing of the cover makes the point of sale completely retractable. In the public exposure area was placed a showcase, this is intended to protect hygienically the products exposed and the area of cooking. With the development of the proposal became important to create the full range of merchandise, improving the modern image of the product and the clear way as it reaches the general public.

Torii Trolley Table
Torii Is a traditional Japanese gate it symbolically marks the transition from the profane to the sacred
Torii Trolley Table Concept Torii Trolley Table is a conceptual furniture piece composed of a table and a small trolley. This object intends to explore a new paradigm in what concerns dinning furniture. With it, not only a forgotten piece of furniture is recovered to daily usage as also a new scenario of interaction between user and object is proposed - in which the two components, table and trolley, can both function seprately or cooperatively. This object is influenced by the Japanese design and culture, namely the Torii*. The Torii Trolley Table is also designed to meet new demands in consumers’ lives: being the most the evident the scarcity of space within domestic environments, which demands an adaptation of design itself to a more dynamic and rational occupation of space. *Torii are traditional Japanese gates which can be found near sanctuaries and have as main function to welcome visitors. Torii Trolley Table adopted this emotional concept so that we can welcome guests to our homes by offering them a good meal in a sophisticated environment and thus proving them with more diverse experiences.
