She subsequently moved up as a Sr CRA, handling an additional role in Training and Quality. Fridee-May Ortega is PPD Philippines’ Principal Country Approval Specialist. A Pharmacy graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, Fridee has been working in the clinical research industry since 2008. She has been an active member of the PCRP, attending most of the PCRP’s general assemblies and participating in PCRP’s initiatives. She also regularly attends meetings with the local FDA to participate in discussions surrounding pressing regulatory issues that affect the industry.

Almira “Aira” Daguman currently works in UNILAB as a Clinical Trial Analyst II. Aira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas and is also currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the same university.
