Rosalytte “Ross” Ronsayro is currently an Associate Clinical Research Manager in GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc. An Industrial Pharmacy graduate of the University of the Philippines – Manila, Ross started out her career in the clinical research industry in 2006 as a Clinical Research Associate. She subsequently moved up as a Sr CRA, handling an additional role in Training and Quality.

Ross regularly attends PCRP’s general assemblies and trainings and is active in providing the PCRP her company’s perspective on regulatory issues that affect the industry.

Fridee-May Ortega is PPD Philippines’ Principal Country Approval Specialist. A Pharmacy graduate of the University of Santo Tomas, Fridee has been working in the clinical research industry since 2008. She has been an active member of the PCRP, attending most of the PCRP’s general assemblies and participating in PCRP’s initiatives. She also regularly attends meetings with the local FDA to participate in discussions surrounding pressing regulatory issues that affect the industry.

Anna Vanessa M. Rosales is currently a Senior Clinical Research Associate at PPD Philippines. She has been a member of the Philippine Clinical Research Professionals (PCRP) since 2008. She graduated Bachelor of Science Major in Biology at the University of Santo Tomas.

She started her clinical research career since 2007 with Merck Sharp & Dohme (MSD) Philippines but she eventually moved to PPD as Start-Up CRA who handles feasibilities, pre-study visits and site selection activities for various clients and different therapeutic areas in Philippines and some sites in Malaysia.

She was recently awarded with PPD CEO Performance Excellence Award in 2012 for exhibiting outstanding performance in meeting project deliverables and ensuring exceptional quality and

Jennifer Olive B. Arellano Associate Director, Site Management Quintiles

Experience: More than 17 years of clinical research experience. Started career as CRA for 5 years and moved into line management role with expanding responsibility from managing local team, regional teams and country operations. Experience also included Quality Assurance auditing covering Asia Pacific region.

Current role in site management covers managing site alliance program for Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Almira “Aira” Daguman currently works in UNILAB as a Clinical Trial Analyst II. Aira holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas and is also currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Pharmacy from the same university.

Aira has been an active member of the PCRP since 2007. She has been a PCRP officer since 2011 and has been facilitating PCRP’s Kapihan.
