DEMO STAGE AT FINE FOOD

BAKING AT FINE FOOD

Industry leaders will demonstrate their products, provide menu inspiration and share insights into how to improve the bottom line. Exhibitors can book a session to present their products to an audience of real buyers.

Hosted by the Baking Association of Australia Queensland, Baking at Fine Food promises to be a delicious exploration of the bakery business. Visitors can take away practical tools from these interactive demonstrations and masterclasses.

TALKING FOOD STAGE

DRINKS AT FINE FOOD

Visitors can get a first look at current and future food trends. Local and national contributors will discuss the wider industry’s hot topics, highlighting what Queensland businesses need to know right now.

Drinks make up a huge part of any foodservice business. Visitors can hear from local beverage experts in a range of interactive sessions covering all facets of the drinks business, including tea, coffee, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

FRESH PRODUCE LANE A dedicated zone where visitors can discover what’s new from Queensland growers and providores of gourmet produce.

CHEF’S STUDIO Local and interstate chefs discuss and debate issues affecting the Queensland food industry. National issues will be presented in a local light, and audience participation is encouraged.

AUSTRALIAN CULINARY FEDERATION CHEFS COMPETITION At the Australian Culinary Federation Live Theatre, visitors can catch teams from local cafés, restaurants, hotels and pubs pit their skills against each other and compete for cash and other prizes.
