Baking at Fine Food Hosted by Baking Association of Australia, the show will feature key demonstrations from piping to artisan bread making and techniques for using chocolate to create different textures and flavours. WA Retail Forum Aimed at IGA owners and other independent retailers, Silvestro Morabito, CEO of Morabito Management Consulting and former COO of Metcash Food and Grocery, and Ben Gilbert, Director at UBS, will speak on the topic of how to prepare for Aldi’s launch into the WA market.
