South Scotland

The Southern Uplands

The South of Scotland is a rural, agricultural land with a vast farming community. Its comparatively warm climate and heavy rainfall make it auspicious for rearing animals and growing fruit and vegetables, and it is home to several fly-fishing rivers and trout farms. Meet the producers and retailers doing its great produce justice.
