Aberdeen winery Two Raccoons turns overripe fruit which would have otherwise gone to waste into limited edition fruit wine. At £12 RRP for 75cl, each release is dependent on what is available, with past batches including mango, banana, pear and blackcurrant. The business is also plastic-free and carbon negative.

Vandyke Bros Speciality Coffee is a small coffee roaster based on the shore of the Cromarty Firth. The brand’s signature espresso is Tin Roof – a medium roast blend of Brazillian Fazendo Sao Silvestre, Guatemalan Finca San Lorenzo, and Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Aricha. Tayport Distillery is a familyowned and operated distillery that sources fruit, grain and botanicals from local farms to make small batch handcrafted spirits. The company’s Malt Barley vodka won an Outstanding award in the IWSC 2020, the same year the Wild Rose Gin won gold. The ‘1992’ Raspberry liqueur won a Golden Fork and was named Great Taste’s Best Product in Scotland 2020.
