The third floor will include offices for Stofft-Cooney Architects, Allikristé Custom Cabinetry, Premiere Systems and Kurtz Homes Naples. “I’m excited to see the culmination of a vision that started 14 years ago when I purchased this land with two close friends,” said Randy Kurtz owner of the land, and co-founder of Kurtz Homes. “I wanted to create a landmark building that would suit the character of the Naples Design District.
