The project consists of 3 towers, connected by a podium with the function of commercial centre which is 5 floors high. The tower on Tay Son street is designed 25-storey high with office function, the two inside towers are 27 floors high for apartment.

The site is located in 229 Tay Son street, Dong Da district, Hanoi city. The masterplan creates a proportional feeling with the land, contributing to the design of the internal roads. A special landscape with green strips of different dimensions will define the architecture of the green space. In this patch there will be organized the internal road system and the open air parking lots for cars and motorbikes. In front of the main entrance, there is a plaza that is a filter between the road and the
building. This allows us to see the podium that highlight architecture of the tower and makes the entrance more safety and convenient. Commercial area is located on five floors of the podium, in the center of each floor there is a void that provides natural light and especially creates a broader view, attracting customers to the commercial’s activities. On the first floor of the podium, in addition to commercial area, there are 2 lobbies of the 2 towers. The plans of the office tower is

designed with flexible partition and can provide various office layouts depending on different demands. On the other side of the podium there are two symmetrical towers which are used for residential purpose. There will be different layouts for apartments and the size will increase by increasing the height. It was paid particular attention to the view towards the city, every room of apartment has an outside view from the window. This multitude of solutions in plans makes the facades more lively creating a rhythm of light and shadow.

The design of the building follows modern trends, proportional arrangement of floors, materials and color harmony with the volume, creating a sense of modern life and work style with the new development trends. The facade of the office tower adopts modern solutions, with linear simplicity. Vertical and horizontal aluminum louvres will protect the tower from the sun.
The apartment tower is designed in accordance with natural conditions, as well as the local people, creating beautiful views to the surrounding buildings but also ensuring privacy of household. The facade is divided into large portions, with clear and coherent body, creating a sense of the strength and firmness in the building. Finenco has chosen a rational design in

which frame demarcations and balcony lines give rhythm to the facade of residential towers. The window is combined with loggia which is different and more interesting from regular apartment buildings. The podium is designed with a strong sign where a snake-like line defines the partition of the floors.
