in the heart of central new York about 18 miles south of Syracuse, tully offers a warm, small-town atmosphere and beautiful surrounding landscapes. the great glaciers of the ice age provided even more than good farmlands, soils and favorable industrial sites. Glacial erosion formed long steep hill slopes perfect for skiing. as the glacier receded, masses of buried ice melted, leaving sags and depressions that now hold the lovely tully Lakes.
