OUR HISTORY Inma Cantero is a Spanish architect based in Rotterdam. She graduated from Escuela de Arquitectura at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (2015). As an Architect she has specialised in rehabilitation, holding a postgraduate degree in Building Rehabilitation from Universidad PolitĂŠcnica de Madrid (2016). She established her own studio in 2017 in Rotterdam. During her professional career, she collaborated with Nomadic Resorts in the architectural design of Wild Coast Tented Lodge in Sri Lanka, which won UNESCO Prix Versailles for Restaurant Exterior and Grand Award for Sustainability from DFA awards among others.

Moreover, she has been a keynote speaker at conferences such as “Collaborative entrepreneurship” at Escuela de Arquitectura at Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (EA-LPGC) that took place in 2018 for the 50th anniversary of this architectural school. Inma gave a lecture about this type of business model and her office in Rotterdam.

The recognition of her work led to being featured in magazines and different online platforms specialised in architecture and design such as Arch Daily, Design Milk, Interiors Magazine, Architectenweb, “Trend New Zeland” and “Mi Casa” among others.

OUR TARGET Individuals who belong to the middleupper economic class, who intend to invest in a property to either improve the quality of their life directly (private house) or indirectly (business-developer).

FUTURE GOALS & DREAMS Rehabilitate old or industrial buildings to turn them into a focal point of the areas in which they are located, rehabilitating them and adding value. COWORKING SPACES, COHOUSING, RURAL HOTELS, HOSTELS, CULTURAL CENTERS, MUSEUM, RETAIL ... Give second chances and act on time.

LOGO RULES Always use the same proportions of the logo. Do not stretch it in any way. The icon ‘CA’ can be used on it’s own. The word ‘CANTERO’ can be used on it’s own or with the subtitle ‘architecture’ The word ‘architecture’ should never be used on i’s own. The logo should never be smaller that 4cm x 2cm in printed applications. Always leave a margine of space around the logo, so that in can ‘breathe’. The logo should not be applied with colors that arent asociated with the brand. Never put the logo in any frame Do not manipulate the fonts or the spacing. BRAND STYLE GUIDE
