HOW TO GET YOUR REFUND Claiming back your VAT on your journey home has never been easier. When you see the Premier Tax Free logo, request the VAT Refund Form for your shopping and follow the tips below to save money by getting your VAT back quickly and easily.
Ask for your Premier Tax Free Vat Refund Form in every store along with your receipts - the sales assistant will help you complete this.
Make sure you complete your Premier Tax Free VAT Refund Form fully, including your name, full address, passport number, arrival and departure date, country of final destination and, your form must be signed. Don’t forget to state how you would like your refund, you can get cash at the airport, have the refund put back onto your card, put into a UK bank account or receive a cheque.
On arriving at your final point of departure from the EU, locate the VAT refund desk, take your Premier Tax Free VAT Refund Form, goods, receipts, passport and proof of flight to the desk and get your Premier Tax Free VAT Refund Form certified by the relevant authority before you check in your luggage.
After you have your Premier Tax Free VAT Refund Form stamped, you can obtain a cash refund if the facility is available or you can post your form back to Premier Tax Free in the pre paid envelope indicating how you would like your refund.

It will convert the purchase into your home billing currency at point of sale. The currency is converted at the rate of exchange on the date of purchase.
