While Traveston doesn’t have a town centre it does have a lot to offer and is a lovely for a drive that links Cooran to the Mary Valley.

The newly built Traveston Service Station is home to Matilda, the giant kangaroo mascot from the 1982 Commonwealth Games.

Dingo Creek Vineyard is worth a visit on weekends offering light luncheons and wine and ale tastings.

Cobb & Co Nine Mile Camping Ground with 50 lush acres on the Six Mile Creek is a fantastic campground for families with a pirate ship playground, tractor rides and more.

Just up the road is Garapine with 180 acres of natural bushland including their Mountain Bike Park and accommodation.
