Jaipur: The JDA has started selling land to fill its coffers. JDA earned Rs 1,300 crore by auctioning 1,023 properties in the year 2022-23, now the authority has started preparing to auction the land of old MLA residences in Jalupura and expected to earn crores of rupees from this. JDC Ravi Jain has done zone wise review for strengthening of land bank.

Separate land leases for nonagricultural use
Jaipur (FIB): Local bodies will issue different patas according to ownership if the account holders of different khasras together apply for 90A for non-agricultural use of agricultural land.
After this, reconstitution of plots will be done and joint lease will be issued. UDH and LSG depts issued orders in this regard. After issuing separate pattas, if the necessary road is not available or minimum area is not available, then mutual assignment deed will be done with other Khasra account holders. In such a situation, the bodies will be able to issue a joint single lease. Even if the process of reconstitution has not been done, the body will charge the reconstitution fee.
