Film Archive of India (NFAI), Pune. As part of NFHM, 3 major projects are ongoing at NFDC-NFAI: Digitization of Films, Conservation of Film Reels and Restoration of Films. All these projects are colossal in nature in the field of film preservation and have never been attempted on this scale globally. Till date, 1,293 features and 1,062 shorts and documentaries have been digitized in 4K and 2K resolution. Additional 2,500 features and shorts and documentaries are in the pipeline to be digitized.
New Delhi (ANI): Indian Navy’s indigenously built guided missile frigate, INS Sahyadri participated in a Maritime Partnership Exercise with French Navy (FN) ships FS Dixmude, a Mistral Class Amphibious Assault Ship and FS La Fayette, a La Fayette Class Frigate, in the Arabian Sea.
As per Defence Ministry, the exercise witnessed a wide spectrum of evolutions at sea which included cross- deck landings, boarding exercises & seamanship evolutions. The seamless conduct of the exer- cise reaffirmed the interoperability and high level of cooperation between the two navies.
