Woman kills cheating husband, held

Palghar: Police have arrested a 36-year-old tribal woman and four others on the charge of killing her husband over his alleged infidelity, an official said on Wednesday.

While the firm has now moved the Supreme Court against the HC order, the GR cites the order of the division bench of Justices Gautam Patel and SG Dige, which said: “It is observed that use of non-transport vehicles as transport vehi- cles is on the rise enormously and raises serious practical and security concerns and may cause serious threat to the road safety of the general public and passengers at large.”

The government also expressed concerns about plying of nontransport vehicles registered outside Maharashtra affecting the economic viability of the vehicles operating on valid including the deceased’s wife, and arrested them on Tuesday, said the official. So far, the investigation indicates that the man was having an extramarital affair with another woman, which enraged his wife so much, she sought the help of the four men to kill him, said the official. permits in the state.
