BJP derives inspiration from Lord Hanuman to fight the corruption: PM Modi

New Delhi: Extending his greetings on the 44th Foundation Day of BJP and Hanuman Jayanti, PM Narendra Modi on Thursday said, “Today we all are celebrating the foundation day of our party. I congratulate each and every BJP worker dedicated to the service of Mother India.”

While virtually interacting with the party workers, Modi said, “From the inception of the BJP till today, the great personalities who have irrigated the party, have nurtured, strengthened and enriched BJP, all great personalities who served the country and BJP from smallest worker to senior position To whom I bow my head,” he stated. Modi slammed people with “baadshahi” mindset, saying they have been insulting the poor and backwards, deprived since 2014. He took a dig at Oppn and launched ‘parivarvaad’ and ‘casteism’ attacks on them. He attacked Oppn for ‘playing down’ India’s growth, adding that they mocked the service done to the poor.

Centre Asks Cbi To Probe Oxfam Over Fcra Violations

New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs has asked the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to probe global non-profit organisation Oxfam over alleged violations of the FCRA (Foreign Contribution Regulation Act). The development comes a day after the MoS in the Home Ministry Nityanand Rai admitted in Rajya Sabha that the ministry was investigating a complaint against “The Other Media”, an NGO for violating foreign funding laws.
