Ahmedabad: Australian PM Anthony Albanese on Wednesday visited the Sabarmati Ashram, a place closely associated with Mahatma Gandhi, after arriving here on his first India visit. Albanese, who is on a four-day trip to India, was welcomed at airport by Governor Acharya Devvrat & CM Bhupendra Patel.

“Honoured to celebrate Holi in Ahmedabad, India. Holi’s message of renewal through the triumph of good over evil is an enduring reminder for all of us. No matter what your faith is or where you’ve come from—we celebrate and value what unites us,” said Albanese.

New Delhi: The govt has bought a range of virtual digital asset (VDA) transactions under ambit of Prevention of Money Laundering Act(PMLA) 2002. Finance Ministry said exchange between virtual digital assets and fiat currencies, exchange between one or more forms of virtual digital assets, transfer of virtual digital assets, will fall under purview of the PMLA Act.

New Delhi (FIB): Telangana CM K Chandrashekar Rao’s daughter K Kavitha arrived in New Delhi on Wednesday hours after the ED summoned the BRS leader in connection with a money laundering case linked to alleged irregularities in the Delhi excise policy. Kavitha, 44, has been asked to depose on Thursday before agency in Delhi. She has asked for the deposition date to be set for March 15. She said she would fully cooperate with probe agency but would seek legal help.
