Jaipur: The State Government has issued a clarification regarding the provision of construction of houses on private land under Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojana.

The clarification is for the old provision of the scheme, 3C.

In cases where the developer has deposited the amount, the layout plan of the scheme will be issued in the old provision. However, in cases in which the developer has not deposited the amount, then action will be taken under the new provision
