Jaipur: Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot is going to present the State Budget in the assembly on Friday at 11 am.

The budget this time will focus on the youth and nearly one lakh recruitments are expected to be announced in different departments.
The government is likely to bring a plan to give huge discounts and packages to start new businesses.
There is likely to be a lot of focus on social welfare schemes in the budget. Announcements of many direct benefit schemes for youth, farmers, employees, elderly and women are likely in the budget. In order to reduce the budget of kitchen, the CM has already announced giving gas cylinders for Rs 500 to eligible families under the Ujjwala scheme. There would also be an announcement of a plan to provide food kits to every family to give them relief from inflation.

All Govt, private colleges to live stream State Budget
First India Bureau Jaipur: Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot will present the State Budget 2023-24 in the assembly on Friday.
For the first time, the budget will be shown live in all government and private colleges of the state. The college education commissionerate issued an order on Wednesday directing all the government and private colleges of the state to show the budget live. The colleges have been asked to arrange a live telecast of the budget speech in auditoriums/ meeting halls so that a maximum number of students, teachers and heads of institutions can watch it. ers of app base platforms. In the budget, the benefits of Old Pension Scheme can also be given to the employees of boards, corporations, universities and autonomous institutions run with government assistance.
The CM had announced to give OPS to government employees in the last budget.
Pension scheme for farmers may be expand- ed. The scheme is expected to be announced for all small farmers.

New districts are expected to be announced in the budget. In the last budget, the CM had announced the formation of a committee for the formation of new districts. The government formed a committee but the report is yet to come.
