Jodhpur: In a major action against habitual criminals, the Jodhpur (East) police conducted raids on several spots in the city on Saturday.

About 60 teams of 400 policemen raided the houses of 62 history sheeters at once and arrested 44 habitual criminals. Illegal opium, Doda chura (opium), ganja, hookah, liquor, sword and sharp weapons were recovered and cases have been registered against 10 criminals.
