2 die, 6 injured after bus overturns in Bharatpur

Bharatpur: Two persons were killed and six others injured when their bus hit a road divider and overturned after the driver dozed off in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district on Saturday, police said.

The accident happened on NH-21 near Khedli crossing under Bhusavar police station.

The bus was going to Jaipur from Agra, police said, adding that the deceased have been identified as Vaibhav and Gautam.

The bodies have been kept at the mortuary and family members have been informed, police said.

Police said the damaged bus was removed from the road to maintain traffic.

Jaipur (FIB): A team of JMC Greater was attacked by a dog after they took action at a pet shop at Bhan Nagar at Queen’s Road on February 26. The team went to seal the shop owing to non-payment of UD tax. “Revenue officer Paramveer Dular along with a 15-member team reached the spot to seal.
