Shekhawat was saying that he is not an accused in this case. “If he is not an accused, then what was the need for him to go to HC and questioned Gehlot. Talking to the media on Thursday, CM Gehlot said, ‘Shekhawat, his family members and close people are all accused in Sanjivani scam case. This is a very serious matter, in which more than 2 lakh people are being ru- ined. He should accept his mistake and repay money of people by selling property of friends and himself in country and abroad.’

Gehlot also said, mujhe gussa ara hai, why PM Modi has not sacked such a corrupt minister from his cabinet.
Shekhawat should say that he will pay public money.

Rajasthan High Court grants interim relief to GS Shekhawat, orders stay on his arrest

Jaipur: The Rajasthan High Court on Thursday granted interim relief to Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat in the Sanjivani Credit Cooperative Society case and ordered a stay on his arrest.

Shekhawat had filed a criminal miscellaneous petition seeking relief in the matter although he is not mentioned as an accused in the FIR registered in connection with the alleged scam of more than `900 crore. The Rajasthan
Special Operations Group is investigating the case.
A bench of Justice Kuldeep Mathur heard the petition and granted the stay on arrest. The court then listed the matter for further hearing after three weeks. Meanwhile,
