Govt transfers 12 IAS officers, shifts OSDs of 4 newly formed districts

Jaipur: A few days after undertaking a mammoth IAS shuffle, late on Thursday night, the State government transferred 12 IAS officers. The OSDs of the four newly created districts have been changed within two days. The transfers of three IAS officers have been cancelled. Prateek Jhajharia has now been transferred to the post of Joint Secretary in Ayurveda Depart- ment. Prateek, an officer of the Indian Postal Service, was appointed as Labour Commissioner on May 15 itself.

The transfer of Subir Kumar from Principal Secretary to the Governor to the post of TAD (Tribal Area Development) Principal Secretary has been cancelled and he will continue to be the Principal Secretary to the Governor.

Meanwhile, Alok Gupta’s transfer from Principal Secretary, TAD to

Principal Secretary to the Governor has been cancelled. The transfer of Joint Secretary, Finance Department, Namrata Vrishni to the post of OSD, Didwana-

Kuchaman has been cancelled.

Now, Rajendra Shekhawat will be the Commissioner of Jaipur Heritage Municipal Corporation. Shekha- wat serving as ADG, HCM RIPA, has replaced Akshay Godara, who has been transferred to the post of Additional Commissioner VAT and IT in the Commercial Tax Department. Shilpa Singh has been posted as Zilla Parishad CEO Jaipur from Zilla Parishad CEO Bhilwara. RPAC Secretary Tikamchand Bohra has been posted as CEO, Rajasthan Heritage Conservation Promotion Authority.

Bhanuprakash Yeturu will now be Secretary, Ayurveda Dept as TAD Dept has been taken back from him.

Karan Singh, Secretary, SEC, has been posted as Special Secretary, Labour Dept. Industries Commissioner Mahendra Parakh has been transferred as Chairman, Rajasthan Tax Board, Ajmer. Notably, OSDs have been changed in four newly created districts. For the first time on

May 15, OSDs were appointed for new districts, but now OSDs of Neem Ka Thana, Anupgarh, Sanchore and Didwana have been changed. Harjilal Atal is posted as OSD from Sanchore to, Neem Ka Thana, Pooja Kumari Partha from Neem Ka Thana to Sanchore, Sitaram Jat from Anupgarh to Didwana. Kalpana Aggarwal has been transferred from Director of Insurance PF Dept to OSD, Anupgarh.

47 RPS OFFICERS

On the instructions of Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, the Police Headquarters has transferred 47 Additional Superintendents of Police (RPS) officers. On behalf of the Police Headquarters, Additional Director General of Police (Personnel), Anil Paliwal issued the orders on Friday.
