Jaipur: In perhaps one of its biggest coordinated action in recent times, the Rajasthan police detained a whopping 2,051 anti-social elements in one day and as a result, now fear is visible among the criminals of the state. In fact it is a clear effect of CM Gehlot’s instructions wherein Jaipur, Kota Range and Churu District Police launched a special campaign with 8,000 jawans and detained 2,051 criminals.

On Sunday, 2051 anti-social elements were detained by a special operation of 8,000 jawans of Jaipur, Kota range and Churu district police. @PoliceRajasthan is engaged in arresting mafias, goons and criminals with full capacity, courage and conscientiousness.

Jaipur: Intensive police action took place across State on Monday. In the campaign, 805 miscreants have been arrested from Bharatpur, 460 from Dhaulpur, 530 from Karauli and 723 from Sawai Madhopur. In the Sawaimadhopur action taken under ‘Operation Sudarshan’. Late in the night, the police teams along with top officials raided several spots, arresting more than 723 old and new criminalsunder the supervision of SP Harshvardhan Agarwal. In Karauli, a special campaign of district police was run to curb the crime rate in the district. Around 500 officers and jawans along with 50 teams raided many places on Monday and about 530 criminals were rounded up in the district under the direction of SP Narayan Togas. In Bharatpur’s Bayana, the biggest Circle Police operation, several criminals were caught by raiding suspicious places. The police succeeded in nabbing over 100 in Bayana alone. —Shivendra Parmar
