He said that folk artists nurture noble traditions and cultural values related to life and it is the collective duty of all to encourage them.

Mishra was speaking at the inauguration ceremony of the ten-day folk arts festival ‘Lokotsav 2023’ organized by the Government of Goa and West Zone Cultural Center at Dariya Sangam Kala Academy Complex, Panaji in Goa.
