Dhankhar warns MPs, adjourns RS till March 13
New Delhi (ANI): The Rajya Sabha was on Monday adjourned till the beginning of the next part of the Budget Session on March 13 amid pandemonium created by a joint Opposition led by Congress, as the Chair declined the notices of several members on various issues.
New Delhi: BSF personnel airlifted three patients for treatment from Tangdhar sector in J&K. Along with this, the mortal remains of four people were also airlifted and sent for last rites. This area of Kashmir gets cut off from the main road due to heavy snowfall. A BSF spokesperson said that on the request of Kupwara administration, personnel from Tangdhar sector airlifted three patients in a BSF helicopter for treatment at medical centre on Monday.

New Delhi (ANI): There was nothing unparliamentary in what Rahul Gandhi said in the Parliament, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge said on Monday, reacting to the Lok Sabha Secretariat’s notice. Talking to the media, here in the national capital, Kharge said, “Whatever Rahul Gandhi had mentioned in the Parliament was already in the public domain and there is nothing unparliamentary about this.”
The RS saw two adjournments — first till 11.50 am and the second till 11 am on March 13— as the Opposition leaders continued their protest sloganeering in the House demanding Joint Parliamentary Committee on Adani row. Before the first adjournment, RS Chairman Jagdeep Dhankhar named several MPs and warned them for not to indulge in such acts that disrupt the proceedings of the House as many Opposition parties’ MPs trooped into the well of the House sloganeering, the Chairman named a few of them including Raghav Chaddha, Imran Pratapgarhi, Shakti Sinh Gohil, Kumar Ketkar and Sandeep Pathak.
