A letter from the President FirstLight Federal Credit Union has been serving the community for over sixty-years to help our members achieve ďŹ nancial success. As a roll-your-sleeves-up organization, banking with us means you become part of a larger family—one that supports our local community, honors our military, and continues to make strides to guide our youth and future leaders to be ďŹ nancially ready to take on the world.

This is a responsibility our team does not take lightly—from our member-volunteer Board of Directors to our member-focused management and sta. We have always encouraged our members and community alike to share and provide constructive feedback to make us better. Your voice has enabled the Credit Union to introduce new services like contactless debit cards, Live Video Banking, and a new Rewards Loyalty Program. You too have inspired us by letting us know we need to be a good corporate neighbor and life partner. In that vein, FirstLight began a community foundation to focus on ďŹ nancial literacy and education. Perhaps now more than ever, our working cooperative realizes how a diverse and

inclusive workforce helps drive innovation by bringing a variety of perspectives; helping us achieve and overcome the most challenging of obstacles. Our team, serving the El Paso, Fort Bliss and Las Cruces communities understands that leveraging the power of all backgrounds, skills, and talents will allow us to exceed our mission, our vision, and our people-centric values. FIRSTLIGHTFCU.ORG/REWARDS Members account must be active and in good standing at the time of earning and/or redeeming points. Members points will be disqualiďŹ ed or requaliďŹ ed for members on a monthly basis before points are awarded for the month. Points can be redeemed for a cash deposit to the member’s account, fees reversals, loan rate discounts or a rate increase on member’s share certiďŹ cate. Points cannot be transferred to another account. Rate reductions are not available on Credit Cards, Share/CD Secured loans, or Title loans. Debit card purchases qualify to earn points. Excluded are any type of transaction done at an ATM or cash advances. If previously qualiďŹ ed transactions are reversed, points will be removed. Credit card sale purchases qualify to earn points. Balance consolidations, cash advances, convenience checks, fees and interest do not earn points. If previously qualiďŹ ed sale transactions are reversed, points will be removed.
